Very easy to understand products offered, and very easy to set up transfer from an external account. Very impressed with the speed of the transfer! I like the simplicity of using Raisin.

I started a few years ago with Raisin and have been very pleased with all of the processes. Once the initial registration is done and you set up your CDs, the process for renewing or switching CDs is exponentially quick. I have some CDs that expired and I was able to start new CDs in 6 minutes online. Very smooth process!

Needed a simple change done in mailing of tax documents. It was done quickly through a phone call. The negative is that I could not figure out a way to do it through my online account.

I have been a member of Raisin now for about 2 years. The banks under the Raisin umbrella are all FDIC insured and offer some of the best saving and CD rates available. Depositing and withdrawing is made very easy with Raisin. I highly recommend Raisin to anyone that is currently making only .25% to 3% on their money in their own banks or institutions. I have deposited my life-savings at Raisin.com since 2021 when it was operated under the name of SaveBetter.com. This is a company affected my life the most because I am a senior who put almost 95% of my total asset in FDIC products - CDs and saving accounts. I used to have many, many accounts with many, many banks due to the $250,000 limit for federal insurance protection for each account. And I needed to fill out many forms every time when I opened a new account with a new bank. Now I don't have to do this anymore. It is now so easy to close one account and transfer the money to another account for earning higher interest rate. The best of all is the Tax Filing Days because I only have to fill out two lines on Schedule B.

There are many banks and credit unions offer competitive interest rates at Raisin.com. Due to the competition, their interest rates are almost always the best you can find anywhere in the United States of America.

The service of the employees is excellent. If you ask them a question, you can get an answer the very next day unless it is a week-end.

The website platform is getting better and better........and very easy to use even for low-tech person like me. I am very certain that I will be their loyal customer until the day I stop breathing.

I've had an account with Raisin for at least two years now. Last month, I arranged to transfer money from my external savings account into my Rasin cash account so I could put it into a high-yield savings account. When I logged in a few days later to move the money into an interest-bearing account, I was locked out and could not access any part of my account. I received an email that told me I had to follow a link to reconfirm my identity. The link asked me to agree to allow a third-party software to access my personal information and use it to "improve its platform and services." I contacted customer support and told the agent that I was not comfortable with doing that and would not accept the condition. She said it was the ONLY way to verify my identity, which is absurd since I didn't have to do that to open the account. She also wouldn't tell me why the account had been locked. She acknowledged that my recent funds transfer was in the noninterest- bearing cash account. She offered no solution to the impasse, so I told her to close the account and return all of my funds to my external bank account. I have repeatedly checked on the status of my funds and now, nearly a full week later, they are still not returned. Today, I received the notice finally that the transfer to my external account had been arranged, and that it could take an additional 5 to 7 business days to be completed. I cannot recommend this banking platform. They are not transparent and gaining access to my funds is more difficult than it should be.

My phone call regarding questions about maturing CD's was quickly answered with good knowledge and without hesitation.
I have entrusted Raisin with my savings for quite some time now and have come to really appreciate the fact that I can use one platform to access many banks offering top interest rates in FDIC insured accounts, while being able to spread out the risks keeping balances just under the insured limit of 250K with each of your participating banks.
One of my ever growing concerns is the security of my savings both online and at local banking institutions. Given the advances in AI and a growing global level of nefarious actors who remain out of reach from the justice system, who are forever increasing at an alarming rate and getting more sophisticated all the time, this issue should be paramount in your companies priorities.
Your business model is brilliant but you must do more to convey your shared concerns and what you're doing to ensure that every customer is protected, and given the tools to mutually ensure those protections.

Easy to sign up, fast transfer of money (no need to verify like other sites which use push-pull money)

Good luck collecting your funds out to an external account. They make it so hard. People work for the company are incompetent; switching my external account (due to closure) was nightmarish. So much of my time was wasted on repeating myself.

Answered my questions was pleasant and efficient.
