Rainwater System Upgrade
In 2011 I fitted a 5000 Litre RainDirector System, feeding three toilets, two washing machines, two outside taps and associated hose pipes. In spring 2026 (15 Years later), I lost one seal when cleaning the filter and as a consequence excessive roof debris entered the tank. When looking for a filter replacement at Rainwater Harvesting website, I noticed the systems currently available have much improved features, such as the optimised Optimax-Pro Filter and the retrofit Acculevel Sensor/Gateway tank level sensor system for our Graf Platin tank. The items arrived as ordered and fitting/setup was assisted by Craig of Technical & Manufacturing. Connecting the Acculevel Gateway to the Internet was straight forward following the instructions provided and I can now follow the tank level in numeric % as well as graphically on the Acculevel APP or at the UK tanklevels website. The Overall support was second to none - Thank you. Phase two of the system upgrade involves replacing the mains solenoid and the PCB door at the RainDirector control panel as well as fitting the new Header Tank level sensor - work shall start when my plumber has a slot available and I intend to report here at trustpilot.com with my experience.

Simon arrived today to clean out and service the tank and control panel. He fitted the New Hydroforce pump and completed the work speedily and efficiently, despite the heavy rain. Checked the system over and explained everything to us afterwards. Very pleased with the work and Simon is a credit to the company. Thanks very much👍

Be Careful
The system hasn't worked most of the time i've been in my house, moved in June 2021. Our pump completely failed within 6 months, then it took over a year for it to be replaced.
This still didnt resolve the issue as it wasnt the only failure, and it's still not working. The company aren't taking the inspection seriously and i'm one of many houses on an estate with the same issue, i imagine there's around 50 -100 properties all with the system installed that isn't working.

Please note we are the manufacturers of the equipment but not the installers. Maybe it is the installation company that you have been dealing with and it hasn't been passed on to ourselves.
