My order arrived quickly and I was very pleased with the look and quality of Teak wood utensils. My only disappointment was that one slotted turner arrived broken and when I emailed the company to get a replacement, they charged me full price. I thought if the item arrived broken, the company would replace it at no charge. This wasn't any fault of mine and I placed a fairly large order.
** I was not contacted regarding my broken item. They just charged me for a new one.

First off the website of Rainforest Bowls need a major overhaul. One can add to cart and check out and only after a week - get an update via email saying 4 of the items are unavailable. secondly none of their phone lines work - both the published phone number and the contact number of a sales representative. Thirdly - they replied to emails ONLY because they wanted to consummate the purchase BUT when one of the cups arrived broken and hollow in its core - and the rest rough, porous that drinking from them would be unsafe they replied almost a week after asking if I wanted to be refunded for the one cup. THIS after I paid over $ 400 including customs $ 125. After my last email - they have the audacity to ask for reviews - which begs the question - do they know what each department are doing? Are they aware of what products they are selling? Are the reviews that made me purchase from them even real? Do they care at all what they sell? Do they care at all about the people they sell to?

I bought these on a whim, but they're all right. I will check on line in the future before buying from random stores because some are prompt and some are not.

This purchase came promptly and I have no complaints.

I also got some bowls which I haven't even used. I recommend the planters.
