After the shock of having to have my fur baby put to sleep on Monday evening, I went into Rainbow Bridge on Tuesday morning, Lou was so lovely and helpful in getting Jasper’s cremation arranged, within hours they had gone to collect him, they provided me with the option of seeing Jasper one last time in their viewing room and told me they would let me know if they wouldn’t recommend seeing him. They laid him out lovely and treated him with dignity during the whole process, they kept us up to date on what would be happening when and in less than 24 hours of saying our final goodbyes at the viewing Jasper was ready to come home, they’d managed to locate me the urn that I had wanted for him, included ink prints of his paw and nose for us. The whole process has helped me more than I knew it could and I cannot thank them enough for that

After making the most difficult decision to say goodbye to our beloved Freda, Rainbow Bridge made everything perfect. Claude, their vet came to put her to sleep at home surrounded by everyone who loved her and safe in her own surroundings. We were given time to say our goodbyes before Andre came to collect her as we had her individually cremated. We went to collect her ashes a couple of days later and everyone was so kind and respectful. The bag containing her ashes as well as a condolence card, candle and Forget Me Not seeds was so touching and thoughtful. Rainbow Bridge really do care about their clients and I can’t fault them at all. It was the perfect end to a perfect life. Thank you so much to everyone at Rainbow Bridge.

After finding ourselves in the awful circumstances that we had to find a pet cremation service, the people at Rainbow bridge were absolutely amazing, we can’t give them high enough praise.

Well a few months have past now since my beautiful Ben left and went to heaven so now I feel I can write a review for this fantastic place.
I don’t have the words to express how amazing these people who run it are so good and love shown to my Ben was above and beyond anything I could have asked for, they sent me a card signed by all staff and not a print these were real heart felt signatures. When I got Ben back he was given to me I a beautiful box with forget me not seeds candle and was very special. I could write so much more but my last words are thank you 🙏 so much for the love you showed Ben and myself I will always be eternally grateful. Xxx

Following the passing of our cat Tigger we wanted a memorial stone for the garden. A simple search located Rainbow Bridge Pet Cremations who offered just what we wanted. Their service was excellent and we are delighted with the stone which will long remind us of our little man.

The kindest people and business. My poor Mala was killed on a Saturday, and I didn’t want to leave her alone at the vets, Rainbow Bridge opened on Sunday to take her in and cremate her the same day. Mark is a lovely man, not phased by excessive crying (me), there was no pressure, no rush to grieve with her… I felt she was treated with care as if she was their own. Rainbow bridge were great they waited passed normal hours to have my pet and really looked. After my boy well nothing was to much trouble they went above and beyond for me thank you so much.

My beloved little man Jasper was 13 1/2 when he passed away. I am heartbroken but the care I got from Rainbow Bridge was amazing. They really understood how upset I was to lose my cat. He was well looked after and came home to me the next day in a beautiful way. Thank you so much x

Whist on holiday , sadly our Barney Biscuit passed away , we rang Rainbow Bridge very late at night, as we was going home the day later. They arranged everything for us, very quickly, they were so kind and shown so much compassion. The casket is beautiful, and the added extras brought us lots of comfort. The price is very reasonable too. Thank you so much.

This was a very difficult time for us as a family, however Rainbow Bridge were kind compassionate and caring from the first enquiry telephone call, to collecting our beautiful Beau from home Thursday evening to finally collecting her ashes. The whole experience helped us immensely and they are all truly wonderful. Thank you.

We lost Rudi on 5/12/2020, one phonecall to rainbow bridge and everything was arranged, they were very helpful compassionate and sympathetic throughout, Rudi was picked up, and he came back to us very quickly in a beautiful engraved casket, we cannot recommend their service enough, a truly professional, yet personal service throughout

Rainbow Bridge were absolutely perfect in how they looked after our 2 rabbits, Caramel "Fifi" and Oreo, who passed away within days of eachother. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and service to myself and my daughters, and they helped us to get through this unbelievably sad time and helped my girls get the right keepsakes for their memories. Couldn't reccommend them highly enough xx

I am so fortunate that I had Rainbow Bridge recommended to me. They came quickly to pick up my sweet dog who had passed away and called the next day that she was ready for me to pick up. They were so kind and respectful. They provided a beautiful carved box, card, hair clipping and more that I so appreciate. I cannot recommend them enough.

I cannot praise them enough,right from the first phone call to picking up my beloved Molly`s ashes,the two fellas were polite,sypathetic and very helpful.

I cannot recommend Rainbow Bridge Pet Cremations more highly. I am sorry I can only award them 5 stars and not many more.
They were totally professional treating poor little "Scruff" with compassion and dignity.

Our much loved collie died in October and we wanted her cremated and had a look at various local providers. We came across Rainbow Bridge and were so impressed with the reviews we knew this was the one for us and Poppy. We called and they could not have been more understanding whilst I was in floods of tears asking about what they could do for us . They were so sympathetic that it was made easier for us and came within the hour to collect our dear old girl. Poppy was treated with the upmost respect and we knew she was in good hands. I had a follow up call the following day which was tremendous as we were still so unhappy and had a lovely supportive chat with a lady who just gave me time to grieve. When we collected Poppy's ashes we were met again with such kindness and understanding it made everything easier, it that's possible. Exceptional service and would highly recommend.

What a wonderful service with wonderful people. We lost our beloved boy in the early hours of Sunday morning and after speaking to Mark took him to Rainbow bridge. Mark honestly couldn’t have been kinder and more caring. He treated Bobby with such respect and gentleness. He looked after the whole family bringing us coffee in the farewell room where Bobby was laid with blankets and surrounded with rose petals. He then set up the screen so we could be a part of Bobby’s final journey making sure He was comfortable with his special toys and bonio. We took Bobby home in a lovely casket the same day with a sympathy card and forgot me not seeds so we could always remember him. Rainbow bridge and Mark in particular made an unbearable situation so much easier to cope with and we can’t thank him and his team enough.
