Update on previous 1 star.
I left a 1 star review about my reception desk earlier this week, after leaving this review they were very fast to call me. They stated this never happened before and asked me if I could take down my review. I sent them pics of the desk and they investigated. They came back to me with installation error on my behalf. If anyone has put together anything before there are always a circular locking mechanism and screw l, and above it, a dowel hole. The holes of the pre drilled and the locking hole did not match the pre drilled screw locations. I had to use elbow brackets to secure the desk. They said that is my error. Oh my. Their head fitter and supplier said the same thing. How can I screw the screw into an empty hole? There are screw anchors to screw into in these holes. You physically can’t mix them up! It impossible. It’s basic. The desk was manufactured with errors and I am to blame! Stay away as the customer service constantly blames you and are more worried about google reviews then their quality of product. They kept saying we can send someone out to look, why would I after they already told me it was my fault. Pictures don’t lie.

Not good workmanship on the desk
the office desk I ordered was not put together properly. There were holes drilled and placed where there were suppose to be screws. Screw heads popped off during assemble, I hd to use elbow brackets of my own to secure the desk after it being delivered after I was told it would be here. It was a rush and bad workmanship on the desk. For the price I paid, it was very poorly build.

As discussed with you, normally if a customer is having issues when with self-assembly they make contact and we can advise accordingly to get it sorted and ensure the customer is happy with the result. Customer satisfaction is our no. 1 priority!
This wasn’t done in this instance and the first we heard about it was upon receiving this review! We made contact straight away in order to establish the issues and resolve it. We carried out an investigation including discussing with our fitters, the manufacturer and all points to a self assembly issue. We never said we you’re in wrong and this is something we cannot claim until we physically examine the desk, but we were not allowed to do so.
Lastly, we did offer to come over to you inspect it and take further actions if necessary, but you stopped communicating as you found this insulting. We feel this is a shame as issues can arise for whatever reason but we always strive to make them right.

Good product quality but slow delivery
I bought an ergonomic chair, easy to buy online, good response for sales and logistic department but delivery took way longer than estimated at the time of purchase (estimate 7 days and delivered after 15 days).

Hi Thais, many thanks for your honest review and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience with the delayed delivery. I understand we were not able to meet the advised lead time which I appreciate would be disappointing. Courier delivery only would definitely have met this deadline but i'm afraid the run up to Christmas was very busy for our installation team and it's often challenging to accommodate restricted availability in that timeframe.

I Cant recommend Radius enough. Our experience was seamless from start to finish. Our Sales manager, Marsha Ivory & the Logistics team are fantastic.
