Outstanding response to initial mistake
After initially acknowledging my order by email, Radio Wearhouse forgot to post my item After about two weeks I contacted the store by telephone, the response was outstanding. After apologising sincerely, Radio Wearhouse dispatched my radio by priority courier and it arrived from interstate the very next day.
I feel that Radio Wearhouse deserve a five star review since although there was initially an error I accept that human beings occasionally make mistakes. For be the response after being informed of the mistake was outstanding.

My Second 2-Way in 12 years.
The delivery time was exceptional and the on line price seemed very competitive as well. Great advice over the Phone. I purchased my first 2-way 12 years ago and it’s still going strong on its original Batteries. Can’t ask for more than that. Always buy a Quality brand.

Radio Warehouse assessed our requirements and were not "pushy" during the consultation process, and walked us through the benefits of each technology type. They let us try the recommended 2-way radios for a week, at no cost, before we committed to purchasing 30 of the Kenwood digital radios. The team is very happy! Thanks to the RW team for making this process so easy!
