Firstly , looking on the site it was easy to find the radiator we wanted and the size chart, also the colour we wanted anthracite a colour which matched the brick slips I'd put on the wall, secondly, ease of ordering literally a few minutes, having looked on other sites Radiator king was excellent prices for basically the same product, delivery was straight forward and within the 2- 5 days promised, I received a txt message saying what day it would arrive, and on the day I got a call from the driver to give an approx time for delivery , however I couldn't be in so asked him to leave it in the shed , which he did , so all in all a top company to deal with , Thank you .

I found Radiator king purely by accident whilst roaming the internet for a replacement radiator for our bathroom ! bizarrely tho I decided to purchase one for our spare bedroom as I liked the look of the column radiator especially in the grey finish.
That came and I fitted it and was so easy very good information included and the packaging was unbelievable strong no chance of damage even by the worst of delivery drivers 🤪
I was so impressed by the radiator I immediately ordered 3 more of various sizes to change all the radiators upstairs and while writing this review I am half way through the job of fitting them.
I might be the exception or maybe a tad mad but I purchased another two for downstairs for the hallway so when you walk in the front door they all match !
Sorry for the long review but they are amazing radiators well packaged and good fitting instructions included and above all are a really competitive price and with there August special offer I have saved a nice bundle of cash that I can maybe use to eventually buy the bathroom radiator which is what I was looking for in the first place 🙈

It was really easy to order the radiators online; the website is easy to navigate, and I quickly found the radiator with the required output I needed.

Purchased radiators for every room in the house and the quality of the radiators is superb..They look fantastic on the walls and when in use the heat coming from them is extremely good.
Communication was spot on from placing the order to receiving the radiators which were packaged superby so no damage to them.The delivery was flawless too.
Value for money is absolutely fantastic and I would recommend buying from this company 100 per cent.

The whole experience with Radiator King has been fantastic- the customer service is great, staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Great radiators and a great company to deal with. Ordered a couple of radiators and they came quickly and in great condition. There was going to be a delay due to low stock of one radiator so they emailed to let me know and offered a free upgrade to save me waiting. Very happy with the quality and the service. Will use again in the future and recommend to others. Also the best prices I could find online.
