My racket is good as new. I have been using a borrowed one that did not feel the same although a good racket. I'm back to playing good shots and placing the ball properly. I have to put it down to the racket and how it was restrung. Very happy

I’m from Cheltenham (which is where Racket Stringer is based) so dropped off my rackets at David Lloyd to avail of the local discount. Giles had the rackets restrung and regripped over the weekend. David Lloyd is a bit of a drive from where I live and I saw Giles also had another address (I’m not sure about where the workshop is or exactly how it works) but he was happy for me to pick up the rackets from there instead, which was much more convenient for me. He was very accommodating of the change which I appreciated. If I need my rackets restrung again I’ll definitely be back!

I was very pleased with the service. Loved being able to select from different strings and tensions. Service was easy and communication was very good. Service was speedy given the posting in both directions. Will use again. My only bit of constructive feedback is to update the website with the information that is included in the email sent after the order is placed. I ended up sending the racket to the local delivery address as it was the only address on the website (I checked everywhere) and was surprised that the email had a different address on it with instructions on how to send the racket. It would have been good to have this information on the website. But it didn't matter as Giles emailed me to say he'd got it anyway!
