Never received my cup. She was clearly ignoring my comments in chat. I asked for a refund and further ignored.

Attitude towards customers is horrible and my order came with a side of skabies

This vile excuse of a human has no customer service, she moans about anything and everything and the stuff that comes out of its mouth is disgusting. She has to make everything and everything sexual, she looks like a bull dog sucking on a wasp. She is obsessed with kids, pretty much everything she’s selling is aimed for kids. She is vile to people, talks to very young people in a sexual manner, she’s a racist and a bully, again bullied a young man who’s in a wheelchair. She claims to have been put in a refuge and has ptsd, autism, depression the list goes on but also claims to have only been to see a doctor twice in her life. Yeah ok rach! She laughed and bullied a young man because he was in care as a youngster and openly bullied him and ridiculed him on a live. She lies about everything, her own family member has exposed her as a lying and vindictive human. And as for her poor animals they should be taken away from her, they are clearly suffering and have worms that have been seen on a live on TikTok. She’s not bothered to sort them out, she scammed people for money to get her cats neutered but never did get them done she spent the money on a holiday for her and her girlfriend. She is horrible. She constantly looks like she’s sucking a lemon, she just looks like she’s not a nice person, she was awful to one of her exes kids,, she’s just obsessed with kids. Just look up fact freak on YouTube and you will see a video exposing her. Also several cam 2 and exposure pages on TikTok.
Please don’t buy from her, she is just a scam artist!

Rachel is a well known scammer amongst other things!! Not only is she unhygienic, she allows her cats (who have worms) to walk all over her work space. She is rude and has zero customer service. How she sells anything baffles me. She has blocked many people who have had issues with their cups. Please go and look at @noturbasicmum's video on Rachel. Please don't give your money to this woman. There are much better cup makers on Tik Tok. @Four friends designs is absolutely amazing and such a lovely lady.

Watching her TikTok lives is sickening! Her attitude towards customers is absolutely vile! She lacks personal hygiene (wipes her sweat and picks her nose while making and packing orders), she also eats and drinks where the cups are being made. Not forgetting to mention that her cats have worms hanging out of their bottoms, and they walk on the table that the cups are prepared on!
Overall, she’s absolutely vile and disgusting. Avoid at all costs!

Avoid so rude and very ignorant. Ordered a cup last week not received so I checked my order for it to say cancelled no explanation why it was cancelled. I tried emailing her no reply I asked her on live to answer my email and she blocked me. Customer service is rubbish please don't buy save your money.

Ordered a 16oz glass cup from Rachel, cup has arrived today and I love it! Packaged well, clean and shipped out very quickly. It was Made Thursday on live and it's arrived today Monday. Rachel even put 2 decals aside for me as she wasn't sure she had 1 of them ones I wanted, but she did and made sure to set it aside for me. Cup is beautiful thank you. 🖤

I'm gobsmacked ..I've actually watched some of the lives and my eyes are glued open not only by the vile abuse she gives customers but the worms dangling from the cats bum as it shifts across the work station touching everything .. I love cats but they shouldn't be in there .
And what's with all the her body sweat being shared amongst the cups being shipped out .. body fluids contain bacteria, Infections and diseases .
Picking her nose and even using her teeth to cut the packing tape , come on please someone do something

My cup was covered in fingerprints I found a small hair inside as well not to mention the rancid smell coming from the packing box it smelt of pish I gave my cup a few days to see how the durability is and it’s awful the decal came off in a few days I tired to get in touch with the owner but they have simply blocked me I’ve never dealt with such appalling service

Absolutely revolting. Her dirty fingers all over items on live without gloves. Packaging (boxing) stinks. Smells like cats have weet themselves in it. & these cups being used are the cheapest ones around. No quality here. Don't waste ur money.absolutely awful.. she's very entitled & rude also.

Placed an order u aware I would be called into work. I then cone online to find a video of the owner being extremely rude saying if your not on her live you won’t get your cup made. If we don’t like it then don’t order. This isn’t how a business should be run. If a customer orders and categorise the decals via numbers on your listing then customers should be able to add these in notes when ordering. Not everyone can be on tik tok watching your live!! Some people have no choice to go to work. I would advise anyone before ordering to check out Rachel cups drama on tik tok before ordering. I wish I did.

I got my order today and nothing was wrong with it cup looks great

This oxygen wasting thing is vile. She called one of her customers fat whilst making their cup live. She let's her cats urinate on the packaging boxes, who also has worms and she refuses to treat them. She refuses to show customers her insurance policy which is breaking the law as she has to produce it if it's requested which only leads me to believe she doesn't have any. She openly admits her decals are shocking quality but still sells them because she just wants people's money. Also her cups are 2.39 off temu and she's selling them at 20 for 2. She says trolls have cancelled her orders from her supplier twice, that isn't possible without the order details which only this monster would know. The reason she never has stock is because the shelves in home bargains and bnm and aldi don't have the cups in so she can't restock. All you lot that moan after purchasing saying I wish I knew before buying, stop talking rubbish, there is enough proof out there about this monster of a thing for you all to see before buying anything off it. She's racist, she scams people and you will be blocked when she's took your payment so you can't contact the animal about defects and refunds.

Package arrived all burst and not well wrapped, tape wasn't even secure on it. Expected with the couriers to be a bit harsh with stuff.
But no fragile sticker or handle with care sticker on the box.
Bottle was covered in cat hair, had a really horrible smell to it as well, thought it was cats urine...
As someone who doesn't have cats asked someone I know and the backed me up it was cats urine.
Really rude person as well when your in her live she gets really horrible towards you and her mods automatically block you.

I'd have been alot cheaper buying the bottle out of home bargains and ordering the same sticker online for £2. As that's all she's using is cheap stickers from online and charging a fortune for them to be made.

Was so excited for this as I am a small business myself registered in the UK. Ordered and watched it be made on a live which would normally be exciting, however, the whole time she was being rude to people in her comments crying over something that no one cared about and didn’t do anything to promote this “business” she has. That’s not even the worse part, as she was making my order her cats were all over my cup and um what was that hanging out of their bums?? I’ve read reviews saying that they have worms or something so I tried returning due to poor conditions only to find she has a no refunds policy and I had to email. I send the proof, my cup being made with the cats and their whole backside issue on my cup, the lack of hygiene and she called me a liar and that the pictures were fake?!?! What the hell. After some digging it turns out she’s not even registered as a business so not only is she hugely unhygienic and unethical she’s also running a business illegally!! Oh yeah - her wraps and cups are cheap and fake quality they peeled instantly when I opened the box and the bottle is one I literally own from B&M.

As someone who runs a business this is heartbreaking that people like her are getting hundreds of orders for cups that are fake and made in disgusting conditions yet my business I work hard for that is registered, and has monthly health inspections out of my own choice is barely scraping 2 orders a month. Deeply upsetting.

I purchased a cup from Rachel cups on tick tock and well when I received it the decals were peeling off and the cup was so badley made you would get a better cup in the £1 shop serious no joke do yourself a favour and

I wish I could give this zero. I ordered a cup and firstly the box was bashed looking, which may not be her fault due to delivery issues I don’t know where to begin. In the process of making my cup i was being muted and I wasn’t able to communicate with her on what I would like on my cup, her mod muted me as I asked for a different wrap as I changed my mind. So I ended up with a cup in which wrap Rachel chose. Her customer service is real bad , she has a bad attitude and looks angry when she made my cup. I wish i had not of ordered and payed more attention to the people who are exposing her for who she really is. This is not good . I wouldn’t recommend to buy a cup from Rachel, she came up on my fyp page and I seen last night she is now selling 1.49 cups from b&m and she is selling them for 4 times the price , this is sick , i now know that she is in it for greed and she did not respond to my email to raise my concern my cup was just shipped out and that’s not what way I wanted my design to look

I’m writing this review as I’m in absolute disbelief. She’s selling cups and bottles from home bargains and Aldi, then doubling the price of them plus £4 postage, I know because I have the exact same pink bow cup she’s just sold for over double the price. People need to know they are being scammed. There is nothing custom about her cups

I love my snowglobe cup. I like that I got to choose the colours and decal, then watch it be made. It arrived the day after you posted it.
Will definitely be ordering more
