Ordered 3 cups only 1 was any good. Other 2 were snow globes and was leaking in the packaging couldnt take out of box. Ask by email 3 times for a refund. Asked again on tiktok live to be told to stop scamming her. Ended up getting money back from bank after sending them all details. 3 months later she emails me saying she was going to dispute the refund as I hadn't messaged her first. Will not be supporting her ever again!!!

Where do I even begin? Ordering from this creator was like signing up for a mystery adventure — except the mystery is “Will I ever get my order?” and the adventure is “Why am I being publicly mocked by the seller for asking a normal question?”

My glitter cup was apparently on a gap year because it certainly wasn't in any rush to arrive. And heaven forbid you ask for an update — your message will be ignored faster than the concept of customer service on her TikTok live.

And speaking of those lives… honestly iconic in the worst way. Imagine a creator who:

openly laughs at customers,

calls them liars for not receiving items,

and treats genuine order enquiries like personal attacks.

It’s like watching a customer-service horror film, except she’s both the villain and the comic relief.

When my cup finally arrived (after what felt like several geological eras), it was genuinely impressive how bad it was. The glitter doesn’t move. At all. It just sits at the bottom like, “Nah, I’m good.”
This is a “glitter cup” in the same way a brick is a “feather.”

And then we have the activities on her page — raffles, giveaways, whatever else is happening — all of it giving the same energy as someone whispering “trust me” while holding a paper bag with unknown contents. Zero transparency. Maximum eyebrow-raise.

Emails? Ignored.
Concerns? Dismissed.
Customers? Mocked.
Accountability? Not even visiting on weekends.

This isn’t just bad service — it’s practically performance art at this point. A chaotic, ego-fuelled, customer-repelling masterpiece.

Honestly, save your money. Save your patience. Save your sanity.
There are hobby crafters with glue guns and zero experience who could deliver better quality and ten times the respect.

Avoid like your life depends on it — because your blood pressure might

Ordered 2 cups only recieved 1 in the box , sent many emails to be ignored , asked on her live to be called a liar and told im ruining her business how disgusting , she wonders why she gets hate all through her own ignorance I supported this women many many times never ever ever again do not buy anything off her !

Not good, I ordered a snow globe and all the glitter is stuck inside and separated, the box smelt like cat wee and the cup was not what I expected won’t be ordering again it wasn’t nice smelling cat wee made me sick it all went in the bin.

If you ate looking to buy custom cups o would advise you to go elsewhere.
This person claiming to have a business it's a joke..
The way she speaks to people is disgusting but it will happily take the money and the block you.
Her personal hygiene is very questionable wiping sweat from her face then touching the cups that are being made.
Her cats wander all over the desk these items are made on.
The cats have worms hanging from the backsides and she knows it..
She also eats food in the same place if environmental health went in to her house they would have a field day.
She doesn't respond to "Customers" because she is too busy flirting /stalking other females.
She had no clue about GDPR and often leaks people details on live streams.
Absolutely vile on one of her lives you can actually hear her scratching whatever it was then the waistband of the shorts pinging back did she go wash her hands .... NO she didn't.
She really needs reported and removed from social media..

Received my Halloween boo box - was full of Halloween goodies and surprises - perfect for Halloween for any child - thank you very much Rachel - a lot of thought gone into these.

ordering a tote bag,to then see her cat sat on ironing board next to a bag Rachel was in process of making for another customer and one was also sat on the desk opposite,her cats are always roaming round her work space she feeds them her dinner off her plate at the work space,sorry it’s just disgusting knowing she also makes cups and has 4 cats all over the working area and also playing with packing peanuts that she uses for customers items,put me right off.

She is so lovely and funny, She did my cup on live but didn’t say my name, she was very respectful of that and I will be ordering more cups. Amazing mods and an awesome woman!🤗

I was very disappointed with my recent purchase from Holy Cow Customs (Rachel’s Custom Cups). The packaging arrived badly damaged, and when opened, there was an overpowering smell of urine. The straw, which was not sealed, contained fluff and grime. Inside the cup, there was residue as though it had already been used, along with animal hair stuck inside and around the decals. The decals themselves were poorly applied, appearing either damaged or washed off. Overall, the product was unhygienic and far below an acceptable standard.

When I reached out to Rachel with my concerns, I was ignored several times. On my fourth attempt, she finally addressed it—but instead of responding professionally, she read my email aloud on a live stream, belittled me, and called me a troll. I work hard for my money and chose to support what I thought was a young business starting out, but in return I expected professionalism and a usable product. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

this is a genuine review from a customer, i ordered at the beginning of the night but before she got to me the decal i wanted was gone and had to choose what was left which was harry potter, when it was made on live it looked stunning and i was very happy to receive my order, but once i got my order and left it a week i noticed the glitter was splitting and now im left with a bottle that has a massive gap of air in bottle,

Absolutely awful customer service.

She is rude and doesn't care about her customers, she screams at you online and will block you if you even complain. She then doesn't offer a refund. Can't even get her cups even shipped out.. my friend had one and it smelt like cat piss. She's a horrible person do not waste your money on her.. I wish I could give her 0 🌟 but I can't. If anyone buys from her report her asap. Her tiktok lives are example of how rude and vile she is. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.....

Very odd character,ignores comments in her lives,blocks genuine questions and speaks to paying/potential customers like sh!t.

Read up on YouTube about her,a man called FactFreak has been investigating her and her behaviours.

I am at a loss to how people are still ordering from her.So unhygienic too.Trading standards need informing.

Any 1 wanting a cup from this seller please read the reviews 1st before buying . Reviews r not good at all . Cats still have worms that she let's walk all over the work sides only picking one worm of the work space about 5 days ago . Cat was seen on her live 1 day ago again on work space with one crawling out of its behind . 2 she if not very hygienic in herself wipes her nose on her clothes that she will wear for days on end often sit on live with no trousers on often seen scratching her privates. Again not washing hands after itching.. no gloves used at all while making the cups
Now for the cups making side of it the cups r quickly made on live mayb what 3 mins to stick a sticker on the cups some dont even wrap around the whole cup quickly shows the customer the cup without showing the whole cup well defo wont show the gap and the mess up on the sticker .. now for the glitter cups she tries to make I say try as 6 weeks later im yet to see a perfect cup made as she calls them .. glitter is dusty she will use tap water and will just throw solution in a jug mix and hope for the best doest mix the right amout of glitter again just hopes for the best. No movement in glitter at all if it does it will be the air bubbles that move the glitter she never removes the air bubbles as she says she does come thats what really makes the compacted glitter moves.she hardly resins the stopper in the cup again a choxking hazard for a small child again she has no liability insuarce so lets hope no.small child or adult does cos u wont be getting anytging for thos one She wont refund you either for a awful cups u recive .. all u will get is a lap fall of glitter. So any one thinking of getting a cup from this one look up her name on tick tock plenty of information about her on there not all good either. Purchased a cup , when it come to my turn she reads my name out calling me sticky Vicky which was quite strange, then puts my decal on the cup and it’s to big, so she cuts the decal down then there is a massive gap, I emailed her explaining I wasn’t happy with how it looked and could she please re do it, she replies telling me that’s the size of the decal she can’t do nothing about it when she literally cut it short herself. Then she said I will refund you and then blocks me. Very rude and no customer service at all. It’s been a week and no refund has gone back into my account. AVOID

Ive now had 3 cups made by rachel and love that you can watch and pick your colours on live. delivery is also quick as well. Will definitely be ordering more . Thanks
