Quick delivery- customer service "F"
Have a CEL on that will not clear-cannot get response back by email and have not got anybody to answer phone

Mike was great. I didn't realize that the guys are in Austria, but prompt none the less. My truck runs great. I got the level 4 with the transmission tune. That transmission tune has completely changed the driving expierence of the 68RFE. No more slushy feeling and full lock up from second gear on. I highly recommend getting that tune of nothing else.

Always fast shipping and quick response when I have questions or need assistance with their products

Great tuner! I purchased for a Dodge ram 3500 6.7 cummins. Its hard to spend this kind of money the these but I am glad I did. It helped me address a few dct's and changed misc settings to help utilize some performance with better milage per gallon.

Excelente productos y muy buen servicio de parte de dave y Darin

Simple easy to install and very easy to run

I never got what I ordered and I left several emails and called multiple times to no answer ordered on sep 25th and haven’t heard a thing since

Helped guide me

Thoroughly impressed with their customer service. The tuner is easy to use, I like the results. It does everything it's supposed to do. I had an issue with an 08 dodge we bought with a Raceme tuner already in it. My son plugged an edge display into the truck and it put the truck in limp mode and locked me out from returning the TCM to stock. Darin helped me within 24 hours to get the truck straightened out. The directions were very clear. I couldn't be more impressed. Truck runs great again, shifts great, very happy customer.

The tuner they provide is extremely easy to install and use. The display and interface is user friendly and this has made my experience beyond a 10/10. If you're looking for a tuner for your Ram.... look no further! Period. Customer service is also excellent and they are quick to reply to any questions you may have.

The machine arrived quickly, they were very responsive when I had questions about the pre-installed tunes, ones even after hours. Very satisfied with the whole deal. Thanks!

Shipping was fast and the tunes are great!

Great people and products thank i have two of them

great experience and great service ill def be going back

You guys knocked it out of the park!!! My order was processed within hours and shipping started same day. My Ultra arrived well packaged and protected in the double box package. installation was simple to do, and the performance upgrade was unreal!!! I love the display and everything it monitors. I can now see everything my truck is doing and make sure it performs at a level I'm satisfied with. My fuel mileage has increased well beyond what I would have expected. I would highly recommend this product to anyone for their Dodge trucks.

Did what it was supposed to. Quick shipping

Super fast shipping and easy to navigate instructions.
I haven't got my delete completed so I can't comment on the tune install yet.
