I've made 3 consecutive orders to my home from Rabarts, and they've all been promptly delivered the next day as promised. Even the delivery driver was a decent lad. During my initial enquiries, our local store was really helpful, despite how busy they were. When we had an issue with the paint (due to amateur painter, not product!) the local store couldn't have been more helpful in taking back an un-opened tin, arranging the online refund, and advising on the best way forward to get my job completed before the weather turned. No complaints whatsoever, and will definitely use Rabarts in future.

Excellent customer service. They contacted me to say the item was temporarily out of stock and there would be a short delay for delivery. They gave me the opportiunity to cancel. I went ahead with the order and it was only dealyed a few days.

Adam at the Plymouth branch was fantastic, very helpful, knowledgeable and had time for me. Branch was immaculate and a fantastic upstairs space for interior design showroom. Will recommend to all my friends & clients. Great to know this resource is on my doorstep!

Needed some wallpaper so visited their Swansea store and borrowed some sample books. Wallpaper we chose was available £30 cheaper online. As we had borrowed their sample books decided to buy from them to support a local business. 1 roll of paper had a flaw. When raised with Rabarts we had the run around. Wouldn't accept an emailed photo. Insisted we bring the flawed paper back. Having driven to the store with the flawed paper was told they needed the batch number. Obtained the batch number and then told needed the wrapper. Told they would have to send the flaw off to the manufacturer. Subsequently told they had emailed it but it took some time because they had to do that! No offer of compensation received. Poor attitude, moving goalposts and time wasted. Would not use again or recommend to anyone. Will relay experience to anyone who asks.

I needed to match a coated floor board to obtain a suitable varnish /oil to repair my hall flooring. The service I received from Steve and Danika was far and above what I would have expected. They gave me time and expertise. I left feeling happy and grateful.

I ordered 3 tins of brilliant white gloss paint & only received 2 due to their carrier of choice (fedex) damaging one of them in their sorting centres. Took two weeks to replace & only did so after I contacted them.

High quality product. Prompt delivery. Reliable carrier. Stout packaging, effectively protecting the product (all recyclable too). Will certainly return to this supplier.
