I don’t usually put brands on blast, but this has been beyond frustrating.
I approached this company for a customised song, shared detailed inputs, and trusted them to deliver something meaningful. What I got back instead were shockingly poor, generic lines — the kind that required zero effort, creativity, or understanding of the brief. It honestly felt like no real work had gone into it.
After raising concerns, there was no ownership, no accountability — just deflection. I ultimately had to write the entire song myself, which completely defeats the purpose of hiring a “professional” service.
On top of that, they charged extra without any prior transparency, took full payment in advance, and promised a Spotify launch — which, till date, has not been delivered. No clear communication, no timelines, no responsibility.
Overpromising before payment and disappearing behind excuses after is not how a professional business operates.
If you’re considering working with them, I’d strongly advise you to think twice. This experience has been disappointing at every level.
