I placed a 2nd order (#00000213551) of the human Burmese Curly Crochet hair so I could do a touch up, however, I was very disappointed because the 2nd delivery took longer, and the hair arrived in different packaging and the natural black colour was much darker, the amount of hair on each strand was not as full, and the curl texture was not as soft as the 1st order that I received. Truth is: the 2nd order that I received was poor quality. Very disappointing indeed.

This is my first time ordering from QVR. I purchased 5 packs of 10in kinky bulk hair and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product. The hair is extremely soft, and manageable and was easy to install. The shipping was fast. I received the hair within a week of my purchase. I have no complaints, and will definitely be purchasing from this supplier in the near future.

Good hair, not so good costumer experience.
TBH, I love the no short hair kinky bulk human hair I got from qvr hair. It's quite soft very lovely texture and easy to manage. However, 4stars because I think the hair is extremely pricy, the price could be better and the marketing emails and text messages I receive from them gets annoying and I've already complained about this but I don't understand why it doesn't stop. I believe I'm supposed to review my whole experience, not just the hair.

Just completed another order from QVR. This time I'm trying the kinky crochet hair. I ordered the 18in and have my appointment for install coming up. This hair matches my texture perfectly. For your order, the address is PO box address.
It has been shipped out via FedEx, but due to FedEx standard shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, when the package arrived in your area, the package has been transferred to USPS to deliver.
Now the package is at your local Post Office, and the courier agent replied to us that the recipient needs to pick up the package at the local post office.
We are doing our best to contact the courier to see if they can return the package to us directly and opened an investigation on the package, but this process might be some trouble and it will take time.
We fully understand how you feel, and we've been anxiously waiting and have been continuously urging the courier to give us a reply. Once we confirm the investigation results, we will apply for a satisfactory solution for you as soon as possible.
