Quiet punch is a boxing bag like no other! I've been injured 2.5 years and prior to that I used to do Taebo and Muay Thai. I have missed boxing and this was the one good thing that came out of Brexit (in my opinion). I can put it in the doorway, and I can gain my abdominal muscles back slowly. It's quiet, but does not lack intensity and does not slack in the impact it can have on your workout. Every move is still doable for me and I don't feel like I am missing out!

Great concept. Only problem is the bar keeps popping loose from the wall. You won't be able to get through an entire workout without having to remount the bar.

It was working great until the bands snapped.

This system has brought the boxing club to my home. My club closed because of the Pandemic and boxing has been an avenue for me to de-stress. I now have an amazing tool added to my at home training. My first bag broke at the bungies and within a week the Quiet Punch team had sent me a new replacement bag, no questions asked. Now that's great customer service and standing behind their product.

Incredible customer service. My bag had some defects after a few months of use. Quiet punch not only replaced the bag with no questions, but also threw in some bag gloves to make up for the hassle. That is premier customer service.

Wish this would expand further, only fits in the smaller doorways in the house which are not condusive to a boxing workout.

Love, love, love the Quiet Punch. It's hard for me to do cardio, having had several knee surgeries. The Quiet Punch has allowed me to add cardio to my regimen in a fun, stress receiving way. Highly recommend it.

Great concept. Just not made for us strong guys. My box always flies off of the bag. Had to tape it on. And my box cords ripped apart. Still, recommended. Hope they make a more durable bag moving forward. Customer service was great and sent me a replacement bag.
