PUR Mints
Ordered some PUR mints as difficult to get hold of and these are recommended for diabetics. They took my order and money and £3.99 for p&p. However, there was a delay, then I was partially refunded as they had run out of stock. They then sent gum instead of mints which is no good for me, explaining they all look the same. In fairness they did then refund for the product they failed to provide, however, no refund of p&p. I have since found them cheaper on Amazon with no p&p.

this was my 2nd order and I cannot fault your service & your speedy shipment HOWEVER I just sent a complaint to Royal Mail as they seriously messed up.
My parcel was dropped off at another address (10 min away) and Royal Mail failed to track it!
I only got my parcel because the person who got it by mistake kindly brought it to me!

DIDN'T GET MY REFUND, ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK
I placed an order on the 19/7 but the supplements weren't in stock. They didn't even bother to send me an email to say they didn't have it in stock but they took my money. I contacted them on the 24/7 to complain about what was happening and they said they didn't have it in stock and that they were going to refund me. Today is the 31/7 I waited 5 working days and have NO REFUND IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. BEWARE BUYERS. NOT RECOMMENDED. I WILL CONTACT THE CITIZEN ADVICE BUREAU.
