I ordered some supplements from QuickVit but Royal Mail delivered to the wrong address so they were lost,this was entirely Royal Mail fault not QuickVit,i contacted QuickVit and spoke to Kirsty who could not have been more helpful and sorted out a replacement delivery,it was a refreshing change for a company to step up to the plate that they have,top marks.

Great company selling quality vitamin products plus other healthy foods and snacks.
Got a great discount as well.
Fast postage.

The store is beautifully organized, making it easy to navigate through the aisles filled with fresh produce, bulk grains, and an array of organic products. What truly stands out is the quality of the food. Every item feels like it was carefully selected to ensure the best for customers. The fruits and vegetables are not just organic; they are also incredibly fresh and flavorful. I picked up some heirloom tomatoes that were the best I’ve ever tasted!

Additionally, the staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. I had a few questions about gluten-free options, and the employee I spoke with took the time to explain the different products and even recommended some great recipes. It's refreshing to find a store where the employees are genuinely passionate about what they sell. I also appreciate the store's commitment to sustainability, from eco-friendly packaging to their efforts in reducing food waste.

I ordered two 500ml of juice, paid, and was refunded two days later with no email or explanation as to why. These bottles of prune juice were for my mum, who suffers from various bowel conditions, and help her greatly, now I have to start from strach and try and source them else where. I understand problems arise but at least have the common courtesy to email your customer explaining that the product you have already paid for will not be delivered. Shocking service.

Ordered an item online received it today 06.11.24 asked to return as I had made a mistake with the order. Company refuses to accept return. I would avoid

The order was an honest mistake. The reply was not what I had expected. I think if we treated each other with respect and kindness it would be a better world. I wish you well and harbour no hard feelings. I will definitely shop with you again. I have adjusted ratings ,)

This was a repeat order for 12 Optima concentrated pomegranate juice plus brewers yeast tablets. Delivery and packaging very good. Brewers yeast tablets seem fine. However, repeat pomegranate juice was with added red grape juice, not what I ordered and expected. Also, the sealed measuring cap normally included on each bottle was missing. Although I must make it clear the bottle cap itself and bottle of seal under cap perfectly in place and the product was fresh with long expiry date. So why am I disappointed, disappointed because of the inclusion of the red grape juice. My order and expectation was for pomegranate juice only as I have always purchased for over 30 years. Also disappointed that Quickvit not only have dispensed with a personal touch with a signed thank you by staff member. This personal touch made Quickvit stand out from the rest. It made me feel I was dealing with people at the other end. People who cared and valued my custom and I valued them as supplier.
But when I place an order I expect to get what I’ve ordered as per the photograph on the website and my order history complete with measuring cup and hundred percent pomegranate juice not with added red grape juice. Thank you.
