Screws that I needed are in stock
The screws I ordered are hard to find and you have them. I wish you offered a lower cost transportation option, like USPS Ground Advantage. The screws arrived very quickly but I would have been satisfied spending about half of what the transportation charge was trading off a few more days for delivery.

I saw the recommendation on YouTube so I ordered the screws. I had my wife complete the order and I did not know what the shipping cost would be. I do not see it worthwhile buying more screws for the shipping cost for two little boxes, especially when it comes from California. This is my opinion.

Your website would not allow me to use my name or my login. Evidently, you have upgraded your security so much that your customers can’t purchase your material and then for whatever reason you were trying to put it on a resale account that wasn’t on a resale I’d given a credit card to purchase so I lost three or four days waiting for screws

I specifically hung a sign on my workshop door saying that the delivery could be left with the neighbors. I put the neighbors' names and an arrow pointing in the direction of my neighbors on the note, and yet the package was still taken away.

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand how frustrating delivery issues can be. For clarity, your order was received on 8/19 and shipped the same day via FedEx. Tracking shows both boxes are currently out for delivery today, 8/25.
Since we rely on FedEx for the final delivery process, we unfortunately can’t control how drivers handle specific delivery notes.
