I signed up on Quickrewards and did some surveys, then they closed my account for no apparent reason. I contacted them. They asked me to send them a copy of my drivers license to confirm my account. What I undetstood from that is that when I send them what they asked for, my account will be confirmed and they will reopen my account. But I was wrong! They stopped replying to my emails and my account is still closed. Why did they ask for my drivers license if they are not gonna reopen my account when provided!!!

I have never been more frustrated with a survey site in my life. I have been logged in for two months and only earned two dollars. It's hard to qualify for surveys and even when you do complete them you hardly get anything. Needless to say I cashed out and will be unsubscribing.

Their support are so nice I love them. They always listen to feedback and do their best to help.

I would give 5 stars but I think the site is very outdated looking and they need more ways to earn.

This site is easy to use and the support team is responsive in a timely manner.

Helpful to gain access to helpful rewards sites but I need to learn more.

I joined from almost the beginning of this site, nearly 20 years ago. I have been a member of many other sites over the years and QR is the best of all. It is fairly easy to earn about $20.00 a month and cash outs are handled quickly. Other sites make you earn a minimum to cash out and many others have expiration dates on points, so I have lost money with them. But with QR, EVERY penny you earn stays in your account. My only problem is that I can't complete a lot of surveys since I am too old for many of them, but that isn't the fault of QR. The survey sites that are on QR are the ones looking for younger people. Also, their customer service is the best you will find anywhere. They respond promptly, sometimes even on weekends when you don't expect most companies to do that. I LOVE QR!!!

Staff is great and helpful for the first few months I was on there. Got banned from LUCID surveys and they said there was nothing they could do about it. While I understand that I do wish the QuickRewards staff would report LUCID to the BBB but oh well. Probably won't be using any of these survey sites again.

Okay I got credited at last but I won't rate you up until my PayPal gets credited as well.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I have been a member for over 10 years and hands down they have the best customer service of any other survey site. Quick responses and very helpful solutions. They will also credit at times for things that go awry. Not only are there surveys to earn MONEY ( not just points) but many click to earns as well. I usually cash out for PayPal just before vacations but there ae many other options as well. I think this is the best site of any I do!

I have been a member of Quick Rewards for several years now. Sites like these are proliferating, but most are scams of one kind or another. Quick Rewards is the real deal. They offer multiple ways to earn money while having fun at the same time.

What they do better than anyone else is actually pay the people who earn on their site and better yet, they pay FAST. I only cash out a few times per years, but nearly every time I do, the money is in my Paypal account within a day, sometimes within hours.

And, best of all, there are no better survey sites in terms of customer service. They answer all emails usually within a few hours or sometimes even faster, and the people I have dealt with are all genuinely nice and helpful I don't find that anywhere else.

So, if you are looking to make a little extra money doing surveys, playing games and other things, I would recommend Quick Rewards heartily. They are the best!

I have been a member of Quick Rewards for about 9 years. Bear in mind that I belong to a number of survey sites, and Quick Rewards is hands down the best one for me. I have never had a problem with them,and they will credit in the amount of $5 surveys that might have some issues, i.e., not crediting after completing the survey, or crediting for a survey that was mostly complete but for some reason it wasn't credited. I cannot say that I've had any issues with them. They are fair, courteous, and prompt in addressing any issues you may have. Unfortunately I can't say that for other survey sites.

Quick Rewards community is my favorite place to do surveys on. They have tons of great surveys from many locations and they have great rewards. I like the low threshold to redeem.
They have the best customer support team as well. Always fast to reply and very helpful and friendly staff there.

I have been a member for almost 10 years and have always had a positive experience with them. Their customer service is top notch. The respond extremely fast and you get an answer from a real person and a computer generated one. Beside surveys, they also have fun games and you can earn points for shopping. Survey rewards are quick to post and cashing out is easy. I always choose PayPal and usually get it the very next day, barring holidays, etc.

Have used this site for a while. Lots of surveys and they pay fast, but they don't have an app like some other sites have. If they could get an app I would give 5 stars.

I have been doing QR surveys for many years and enjoy seeing how it has evolved. Over the past year, I have watched how they have upgraded their site with a fresh and quite appealing new look. With the new changes, it has made things easier to find on the site. There are so many new surveys that have been added that make the site easier to make more money which makes it fun to do. I can do surveys by going to their site, along with getting them by email. I can do as many surveys as I want and never run out of them like other sites. It's a great way to earn money for a supplemental income. I am paid faster than what they state on their site via PayPal which is my choice, but there are other rewards offered. The money is in my PayPal account within a couple days which is awesome.

What I also like is if I have a question or problem and contact Customer Support is that it is taken care of in a prompt fashion. I get a unique email from them addressing my issue, not just a run of the mill blanket email like I get from most other sites. Dmitry and Paige E. are always on top of this because they know answers are needed and want people to have a good experience all around with their site. What more could I ask for!

QuickRewards.net has been there for me on so many occasions! I have been a member for many years, and I trust them. Whether I need to supplement my income, save for Christmas, or just earn extra cash, I know I can accomplish all of these things in my spare time completing QuickRewards surveys. They also offer fun videos, trivia games, and shopping sites I enjoy. And they usually payout fast, within 24 hours. Over the years, I think I have only needed to contact their Customer Service Department twice, and the lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. I reached her right away without having to wait. I have recommended QR to several of my friends, and now they are doing surveys too. I have tried other survey sites, but QuickRewards.net is my favorite! I love this site!
