Same day appointment
Same day appointment, got my recommendation by 1pm . I received an email from the state ,stating they had received my application and this is right before I ended my video call with the provider. Had my Medical card by 1:45 pm. Amazed at how fast the process was. A very professional appointment and she was very about making sure I understood the whole process

The office staff is wonderful
The office staff is wonderful. The Dr really cares about his patients. He is up to date on all the changes happening last year. Knowledgeable and considerate. The hours are very convenient. I have been with them for over a year now and I'm happy to be renewing with again. It's a very seamless process. I cannot recommend them enough. Please give Dr Hopkins a chance to help you live a better life thru cannabis.

Don't waste your time or money. Go with professional because its actually cheaper and no suprise fees
I have been back and forth with them for two years. They keep changing drs dont put my pickup person on for an entire years almost and then when I ask for them to do that since it wasnt done they try to charge for what they forgot, then dont give full refund when they are wrong and blame it on third party fees. I told them just give me a full refund because this is unprofessional and so they hurried and got me certied for the wrong amount of millegrams so Looks as if we have to take them to small claims court and wait another year and not fill any scripts this year (meaning going on two years without my meds professionally) until we can get re certified, because they have me blocked up for this year yet again. Trust me, just dont get caught in the money web!!!! then next thing you know your playing email and phone tag all while they are tryingto establish a way to avoid giving me a refund. I have never had so many problems with a company before especially one im paying so much to be a part of the club so to speak. I was too nice too long now we are gonna have to go to court. I will file a complaint everyday until I get our refund. Don't waste your time save your money and go to texas original providers. Once you get to thier website they have reliable providers. Try them out. Texas original ❤️ avoid the hassle

Certification details, including allotment amounts are determined by the licensed healthcare provider based on their clinical assessment and program guidelines. That's a decision our team isn't able to override, but we do want to make sure everything was handled correctly on our end.
