We mention in the order confirmation email that your order may arrive in multiple shipments and could be on different date if you ordered more than 4 boxes. Also you should’ve received two dispatch information emails.
As for the delivery time, orders are typically delivered 7-10 working days as we mention on our website. We have checked our system and confirmed both of your parcels arrived within 2 weeks after they were dispatched. We believe your order was delivered within the expected timeframe.

I got lenses
I got lenses. They were cheap. I also got free one day trial lenses which could be hard to rate given we were only given 2 lenses. With 6 one day lenses much more information could have been obtained.
