Idiotic QuickBooks Process
It has been more than a month the issue of account self DIY recovery updated based on new handphone number still left unattended. Still the old mobile number is tied to subscription. The two step verification is secured but a hassle.
Email tied to user ID also cannot be match. It seemed customer chat support and account verification team FAILED to solve the issue.
The verification was successful linked to my active Gmail which linked to an organisation which already unsubscribed long time ago.
The user ID and email matching is a mess up from their system internally.
Therefore, don't blame your subscribers when the credit card payment does not get through as the users cannot login as mobile contact number failed to be updated.
