I was struggling to find a solar roof…

I was struggling to find a solar roof mount for my Roman style Stone Coated Metal roof. I read about QuickBolt and spoke to Stuart. He was very helpful and also gave good guidance.

Poor packaging

Quick shipping, but the boxes were not double boxed and half of them were so damaged I'm surprised that the brackets didn't fall out of the box.

Product is also way over priced for what it is.

No discount.

We apologize for the poor conditions of the boxes you received. Typically we are supposed to wrap those properly so they do not break or crush. Roof Hooks do have quite a bit of air in the cartons and our shipping department is aware of that particular potential problem. Once again we are sorry your boxes did not arrive in good condition.

Highly Recommended

Product arrives in a timely fashion well packaged. The QuickBolt system perfectly meets our needs, and I'm fairly certain we've never had an issue with the product or the company. Highly recommended.

I did not like the confusion over one…

I did not like the confusion over one zip code error that sent the product to another city far away.

Thank you for making your review through Trust Pilot. The UPS WorldShip program looks up the zip code entered by the customer in the delivery address, and determines the closest UPS hub to ship to. When you accidently entered the wrong zip code on the checkout page, UPS Worldship automatically sent it to a hub near Dunnigan, CA.

We are very happy that you caught the mistake while tracking the shipment after our discussion, and were able to reroute the package yourself to the correct delivery address. We will always work for you to the best of our ability to fix any mistakes made while placing your orders on our website.

STRIKE 2

This is the 2nd time that my order is not correct and I have to delay job due to having to wait for missing items to arrive. Otherwise I would likely give much higher rating (5 stars). I do have to say that they were very helpful and quick in resolving problem but messing up order a second time on the exact items as last time definitely makes me apprehensive towards future purchases.
