my experience with quantum pc was very positive, my parcel arrived damaged through no fault of quantum pcs, they swiftly and professionally replaced the broken parts, the computer is working as expected and the customer service is excellent, i recommend this company.

PC broke down after 8 months. All my messages and warranty claim ignored. Absolutely zero customer service.
Took the machine to a local computer shop and apparently the case had a processor in it that was nearly 10 years old!
These guys are scammers. Beware
I’ve worked through a couple of offers on differing PC’s. I would say that for the PC to be made despatched and received was exceptional. As for the PC itself. I am a very happy customer!

Nice little system,and a decent service from the company. Only issue is my system should have come with an i7,as listed in the specs,but it came with a Xeon E3 ,,which was disappointing.

Would highly recommend getting a pc from here, very fast delivery everything turned up correctly, had one issue with a noise coming from the tower I emailed them and within minutes they replied and we managed to get it all sorted within 10 mins great customer service. 5 stars
