It's a good easy-to-use system and the customer service is quick. very good for the price compared to the other competitors. the only reason it's not 5 stars is the inability to change and move my seating plan myself, I have to send in photos of it which can get quite annoying. However great system otherwise!

Booked a restaurant and told several times had a booking and don't forget.
Turned up and they had lost out booking and blamed Quandoo. Had to go away.
Night ruined. Disaster.
Beware ---- being told you have a booking doesn't mean you have

Quandoo is a great tool to secure extra bookings for our little restaurant. The staff is always available and they helped a lot to setup the website and widgets. So far so good.
