Antwort von Quality Poles
Hi
Thank you for your review.
I apologise for the issues that you have experienced with the quality of the curtain pole set.
We have received no contact from yourself about any issues so far.
We can be contacted by telephone or email at any time to deal with any problems.
We do not manufacture the curtain poles as we are the retailer so we do not have any involvement with the quality of the manufacturing process.
The corded pole that you have ordered is the lowest priced corded pole available which does mean that the quality is going to be on the lower end of the scale, but it does offer a lot for the money as a ready made corded pole costs more to manufacture than a standard ready made pole set.
For a high quality corded pole, you will need to order a bespoke range which will allow you to choose high quality options, although the price will be quite a lot higher.
We replace any faulty or damaged items free of charge and no customer needs to be left with an item of unsatisfactory quality.
If you have any issues with the curtain pole, just let me know and i will be happy to help.
We can also communicate with the supplier if you have any specific technical issues so you won't have to keep any unsatisfactory items.
You can return any items to us for a refund by using the returns page on our website.
Thank you
Regards

Hi
We sent a reply to your email on 10 April, did you receive it?
You may need to check your Spam inbox to see if it went into there instead of your main inbox.
The item that you ordered (a roller blind kit) was correctly sent out and in our email we mentioned that you can return the order to us.
Thank you
Regards

What a chat I had with Jamie!
What a chat I had with Jamie!! Great company to deal with, received plenty e-mails, tie-back decorative hooks only £1.99 and they are lovely, plus delivery very quick.

Beautiful tassels, perfect condition, quick delivery and great packaging.

Reasonably satisfied
No problem with the ordering and the excellent delivery.
Whilst the product matched the description, the rail was made of thin metal sprayed with a bright glitzy “gold.”
It makes the product look cheap!!!

Well packaged but not speedy
Very pleased with tiebacks ordered. Not lightning fast delivery but I wasn’t in a hurry with this. They were out of stock elsewhere.
