I was on a massive time crunch for 500 patches, all embroidered and all different. I was browsing Google to see offerings from different companies, landed on Quality Patches' page, and was greeted fairly quickly by a real person on the chat. Long story short, all 500 of the patches were delivered in record time and I'm really happy with the communication, quality, and reassurance from the company that they could meet my deadline. I’m based in the UK and needed embroidered logo patches to sew onto existing clothing to highlight my company brand, I came across www. qualitypatches.com, they were based in America so I wasn’t really sure. I spoke to Thomas at their offices, he was very helpful. After we’d decided on the correct patch, I ordered 20, they were with me in a matter of days. I would 100% use them again.

Patches were good but not what was requested. Took multiple times to get to the final design, but nothing changed from the first rough draft. I paid for rush and got it a week later as well. I also had to show a receipt to prove I paid because they asked me to pay again.

5 stars for the artwork and completed patches. I wish I didn't have to deal with multiple people when making changes. Its throws off the timing of my dead lines. I have recommended you guys to friends because they love the results.

Quality of the patches and embroidery are lackluster. Digital proof looked ok. The embroidery just didn’t flow with the design making it look patchy. Price for what I got doesn’t match to me. Expensive for what I received. Thought I was ordering in the states. Turns out it came from Pakistan.

I was just browsing for a patch idea. The chat window popped up and said it was a "real person." About 10 minutes later I had a digital mock up. Two days later I had a photo of the actual patch. I asked for a change, two days later I received a photo of the update. It was exactly what I wanted. About a week later, I had the patches. The pricing is very reasonable. The quality is excellent. I generally do not give 5 star reviews unless I would absolutely patronize the business again. The next time I need a patch, I will 100% return to Quality Patches.

All I want to really say is they are the best to work with hands down. I'm locked in with them. Great service, communication is spot on, and just like the name of the company patches be top quality..
