Would thoroughly recommend David for anyone wanting peace of mind with their new build home. He was very thorough and professional throughout his visit and produced a great report for our builders, none of which has been disputed by the builder. Great communication from start to finish.

We used the report as a basis of a snag list for the builders to sort and as it was so clear, there were no issues in getting everything straightened out. 100% VFM and vital to do.

I found QHC online after searching for quality professional snaggers and was impressed with the consistent five star feedback about this company.

I wasn’t disappointed. From initial conversations on the phone, subsequent emails about what to expect and David’s visit to my new home, I couldn’t have been more impressed.

David’s professionalism and expertise shone through in all my interactions with him and he was meticulous in his approach to the onsite home snagging survey. He turned up when he said he would, spent a considerable amount of time looking at all aspects of my home inside and out and emailed a detailed report the same evening.

I’ve dealt with many service professionals over the years, some of whom over promise and under deliver. David, however, exceeded my expectations in his polite manner, thorough approach to the task and professional and timely delivery in all aspects of his work.

David was courteous and accommodating from the initial enquiry right through to the issuing of the report. David arrived on time and prepared to crack on straight away. He spent around 3 hrs on the outside taking in every detail I would never have seen. He spent time explaining all the little things he said should be rectified by the homebuilder.
Indoors was the same and worked methodically from room to room again picking up detail I just wouldn't look for.
A 5 hr inspection and the report with pictures was in my inbox by early evening. The fee sounds a lot of money but is a fraction of your recent purchase cost; to rectify the issues afterwards would cost way more in various individual tradesmen attending so it made much sense to me after I read the detailed report. The report is well formatted and lends itself to sitting down with the site manager and agreeing on getting things done. Simple and good value. Thanks David.

QHC had been highly recommended by several homeowners on our site and David managed to squeeze us in at short notice. He arrived prompt at 8am and carried out his check which took the best part of 3 hours. As promised, his 28 page report arrived via email later that evening and covered 106 snags. Many were minor but a few did need attention quickly which he highlighted and discussed during his visit. We are fortunate in that the site staff have already attended to many of the issues. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and we feel it was money well spent. Using a professional snagging company may not be for everyone but for us it certainly helped to give us confidence in the house we've purchased. Thanks David.

David arrived when he said he would, despite quite a long drive, and worked intensively for almost 4 hours on the inspection. He issued his report later that day. The report is comprehensive with photographs showing the issues. It lists 155 points most of which I had not identified and probably as a first time buyer of a new house would not have thought to check or raise. Despite being initially dismissive of professional snagging companies, the site team have worked through the issues and given the report to subcontractors. It is a useful checklist of the work which needs to be completed

David was great he explained what he would be checking and his background from the start. He was honest and pointed out things I would have never noticed. The building team on my site were happy with his report and felt it was easier to have a report with photos to work though. Totally took the stress from me and worth every penny so I could just concentrate on moving.
