Every order goes through a mockup before it hits production. Our in-house designer cleans up your logo, places it on the actual product, and emails you a proof. Nothing prints until you approve it. We confirm artwork the same day we receive it, give you a single human contact instead of a ticketing carousel, and ship from US fulfillment partners with realistic dates we actually hit. We work with startups doing their first conference giveaway, marketing teams refreshing employee onboarding kits, retail brands packaging influencer mailers, and HR teams putting together holiday gifts. Minimum orders start at 25–100 units depending on the product, and pricing tiers down at higher volumes. All pricing is published on the site, so you don't have to email asking "what's your price for X?". I finally received the case I am supper…

Happy ...

Ordered a couple of items and after wanted to ask something. Customer service was really good, they answered quickly and helped me with my problem. My order came really fast, despite whats going on and I really love them. I ordered a sequin pillow and airpod case. Thank you.I will definitely come back again will tell all my friends to come buy from you too!

I still haven't received the item I purchased. Based on other reviews I trust the item will be fine, its just the shipping times are insanely long. it has been running on 3 weeks now waiting for it with no update on tracking. Even with COVID, that's a little long. Especially considering I purchased other things shipped from China that have already been delivered. As another reviewer said if I had known it would take this long I would've tried somewhere else.

Hello Sir we are sorry to hear you are disappointed.

Unfortunately we are not the postal service and there are delays nationwide that are not our fault. The postal service is even discussing going under bankruptcy because they are having so many problems.

During normal times delivery is usually under 2 weeks after ordering.

If the item is no good to you because it's arriving a little late you can send it back for a full refund and we will even pay for the shipping.

We apologize for the unfortunate experience and we wish you good health and will do whatever we can to make sure the item gets delivered to you quickly.

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever. Item was supposed to arrive at least by today and checked tracking again and it still has the same information that was updated on 12/13. It is useless for tracking.

I contacted customer service and they do contact you within 24hrs but that's it. I was told they were going to check on my item and I have yet to hear back. I will never purchase from them again and if I could cancel and get a refund I would. This is ridiculous and can't be explained away. Tracking means nothing.

We kindly ask you to edit your review as the tracking definitely shows a delivery date. We checked this tracking moments after you posted your negative review and did not understand why you left us a 1 star review when the tracking is working and shows an expected delivery date.

I really liked my airpod cases

I really liked my airpod cases but the printing was a little different than the preview on the website. I had to request a new airpod cases that will only arrive after Christmas.

WORST DELIVERY. THEY CHOOSE THE LOWEST DHL DELIVERY TYPE AND THEN IT TAKES MORE THAN 18 DAYS TO BE DELIVERED! STILL ORDER NOT RECEIVED! ORDERED ON THE 3RD OF THE MONTH, & NOW ITS "EXPECTED" TO BE DELIVERED ON THE 30TH.

Custom T-shirt

Ordered a custom made Sequin T-shirt with a surprise photo to be sent to a friend in Canada as a gag gift. Quality and detail of the pic on the shirt, which was a thick Gildan t-shirt, at that, was unbelievable. They made it and shipped it in a day or two. A friend on FB said he is in the custom T-shirt biz, and he needs to step up his game. Kudos Qstomize. I'll be coming back for more shirts.

The picture review was incredibly misleading. The pillowcase came with horrible print quality and you can't even tell what the picture is of.

When you ordered your sequin pillow you submitted a very low quality, very dark image that is barely visible even on a computer screen. This is why your pillow did not print out well. We have 1000s of orders a month from customers that are very happy with their pillows - less than 1% of our orders are refunds or returns.

Although our refund policy states you have to send the pillow back for a refund or replacement we immediately offered you a 100% free replacement if you send us a new image that we approve. We didn't have to let you keep the pillow and send you a free replacement but you still leave us a 2* review....

We kindly ask you to reconsider this bad review as we don't think deserve it and we work very hard for our good reputation. We gave you a free replacement when it outside our refund policy and we answered your inquiry only a few hours after you sent it.
