Ordered product on the 10/12/23, was not delivered by another rubbish company DHL and was returned to Q mount. I have sent 12 emails to them explaining that DHL did not attempt delivery or contact me, therefore I wanted a refund. I have not received a reply even though they are in breech of their terms and conditions.
Their customer service does not exist, disgusting.

Absolutely zero exchange
Absolutely zero exchange. I bought the POS and it didn't fit my phone. I emailed asking for an exchange and received instructions on returning it.. at my expense. I was. Encouraged by their initial response and mailed it back, following their instruction to email the tracking number. That it. I haven't heard from them again. I emailed at hello@ qmount. Com but have never received a reply and still haven't received a replacement. Don't do it. There are better companies.
NO REFUNDS
Ordered Qmount max received but was not happy that it would hold my phone sfely. Seemed very easy to knock the side button and release it. I did not go any further so it was not used at all. but NO REFUNDS.
Tried to contact Qmount but unable to get any reply.
So money wasted. I may try to sell it but I would be surprised if anyone wanted it. I don't think I would want to risk my phone falling off

This is a FRAUD company, They take your money and then will reply to you once in 2 months and will ignore yu forever until the time to raise a dispute with your card time period gets over. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE THIEVES

The product was delivered very promptly and was the correct product. Others issues with customer service may be valid I have not had to work with them. I have purchased 2 mounts and both were good.

Should have read the reviews here before buying. Ordered charging mounts, received non-charging. Sent multiple messages and still do not have the correct mounts. TERRIBLE customer service. Buy elsewhere. Oh and the "let them know" feature doesn't work because the email listed here cannot receive e-mails.
Customer service non-responsive
Ordered a Qmount max with charging. Received one without charging. Sent several e-mails. They finally responded once saying they would send the right one. Waited a few days and sent another, asking if they sent it yet. I get an undeliverable message back. There is no phone number to call. I caution anyone cosidering buying from this company!
They offered me a return, then kept the product and my money.
It didn't fit my Motorola Moto-G Stylus phone with or without my OtterBox, (sliding out three minutes from home) and after contacting them, I was offered an upgrade to the Q-Mount Max if I paid to ship the Q-Mount Pro back. They received it almost two weeks ago. Now they have my money and their product back and so far I've had no further response. Pretty slick way of taking care of complaints.

Q-mount failure to deliver. No response.
Placed and order on 17 July 2023, the confirmation of the order was prompt and professional. The tracking number provided did not work on the DHL website. Sent an email to Q-mount on 27 July, they responded promptly on the 28th of July informing they would investigate, and send the package via express if the parcel was found to be missing. Heard nothing thereafter so sent a follow up email on 5 August, no reply. Checked with DHL who informed the tracking number is invalid and that I should follow up with Q-mount. Still not receiving a reply from Q-mount I sent another follow up email on 11 August asking the status of the investigation. Q-mount have not responded since 28 July 2023. I was confident this was not a scam website, given there are independent reviews, however now I am not so sure.
After two months I still did not…
After two months I still did not receive my q-mount. The delivery failed and they were supposed to fix it, but didn't. Now I have to pay extra to get it delivered. Till so far there's no solution. The service desk is not answering my emails anymore.

I ordered one of the Pro mounts about 4 months ago and it was doing fine , a bit stiff to open the mount but nothing major. While removing to do some cleaning the mount which attaches to the handlebar snapped with very very little force and so I emailed to ask if a spare piece can be sent out, this was a month ago and I am still yet to receive a single reply. Have ended up buying a new one from a better brand and will bin this one.
Great idea ignoring customers when they need help guys , top notch.

14 day return policy IF DAMAGED. After that...nothing. Purchased the Q-Mount Max for our H-D TriGlide. No go. No place to put on handlebar where the mount doesn't interfere with controls. Same with mirror mount, which is really a joke because barely two threads of the mirror nut catch. GET A CIRO! Run from this mount!!
Don't waste your money
No return policy unless damaged!!!! That's ridiculous for an online order!!! Unfortunately I didn't realize this before I ordered 3 of them. The case doesn't fit my Samsung S21 with case...

Do buy this product. They do false advertising. I thought I was getting the Pro Charger and I did not. I am having it on the band list so no military personnel will buy it.
