Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We take all feedback seriously, but this one simply doesn't line up with reality.
Our service is in a closed, invite-only private beta. Access is completely free. We don't charge testers a cent, and there is no payment system active at all. Our beta participants are here purely to help us find bugs and improve the product before launch. There is no money to be "scammed" out of anyone, because no money changes hands at any point.
We've also checked our records thoroughly, and there is no beta tester named "Kevin." So we're left genuinely puzzled about how someone who isn't in our program, and who couldn't have paid us anything, arrives at the word "scam."
We've requested verification of this experience through Trustpilot so the matter can be reviewed properly. In the meantime, if there's been a real misunderstanding, we're more than willing to get to the bottom of it. Reach out to us directly at info@puzzly.ai and we'll look into it straight away. But a baseless accusation with zero detail behind it doesn't help anyone.
We stand fully behind our product and our transparency, and we're happy to address any genuine concern from a genuine user.
