I bought access to the premium version of the app 5 years ago and everything still works fine. I use the app to maintain my English language learning and there is enough service for my tasks. Of course, I would like a little more variability in subscriptions, but I can't complain because I bought at a huge discount :))

uzzle English: misleading service, no refund, and endless excuses

I paid for a course. The payment went through smoothly via a Kazakh bank account using a foreign card. Only after payment did I learn that the “live lessons” were just 25 minutes long — something that was never clearly stated in the course description.

I requested a refund. In response, they asked me to print and physically mail a stack of documents via Russian Post - in 2025, from a digital company! I’m not a Russian citizen!!!

Then they offered to “upgrade” my plan. In reality, this was just an attempt to cover the issue by giving me a downgraded version of the original product - lessons were removed, and I was given access to their weak online platform, which I never asked for or wanted.

When I requested a refund again, they offered access to “Puzzle Movies” instead of returning my money. Their entire response process has been full of delays, blame-shifting between departments, and copy-pasted excuses about “technical restrictions” or “sanctions”.

Even after I agreed - against my better judgment - to accept a refund to a Russian card (since they refused to return the money to the original payment method), they continued to delay the process with no confirmation or result.

It’s been nearly two months. Still no money. Still no respect. Only misleading offers, pressure to accept alternatives, and tactics that raise serious questions about how this company operates across borders.

Заполнил тест на словарный запас, вместо результата получил окно регистраци. После регистрации все равно не получил результата. В интернете полно версий, где можно получить результат без регистрации, но кому-то очень надо получить емайл юзеров чтобы рассылать потом спам. И вы даже не потрудились результат теста выдать после регистрации. Отвратительно

Отличный сервис для изучения английского языка – это Puzzle English, главная фишка – отсутствие репетиторов, изучаешь все сам. В принципе все доступно, удобно и понятно, а если что-то непонятно, поддержка быстро приходит на помощь. Есть платная подписка, но занятия того стоят, а для сомневающихся могу предложить почитать обзор на сайте Это Развод

Я давно и горячо люблю этот сайт: они помогли мне взглянуть на изучение языка не как на испытание, а как на способ получения удовольствия. Сидишь, интересные видосики смотришь, на слух их собираешь, песни поёшь, в игры играешь, текста переводишь и сразу видишь — лох ты или нет.

Короче, Пазл навсегда <3

Очень удобный сайт и приложение для изучения английского самому. Никакой учитель не нужен. Смотришь видео, составляешь свой словарик, тренируешь слова. Очень много всего можно делать бесплатно.
