Excellent, reliable company. We have been feeding our cats Purrform for years (since they were 2, they are 7 now) and recommend them to anyone looking to put their kitty on a raw food diet. We also really appreciate the variety of products they stock, they have so many options to choose from for both treats and complete meals. Have never had an issue with delivery and when there was once an issue processing the order due to the a website malfunction, their response was very quick and efficient at solving the problem.

I have my happy cat back!
I’ve just started using Purrform (we’re just 6 days in), BUT … this is the first ever cat food my little fussy eater has REALLY enjoyed!!!! She licks the plate clean. Her coat is beginning to get its shine back, plus her eyes are brighter and she’s looking more alert. Overall, she appears far happier. I thought it might take her some time to transition from her old cat food to this new brand, but no such thing … she didn’t hesitate and we’ve not looked back!
I was feeding her a different frozen cat food but after some time of feeding this to her, her fur began to look dull and started to show signs of ‘dandruff’, she put on excess weight, plus she was very quiet as if she was experiencing some discomfort. I also noticed that there was a very high fat content in the old brand which would not budge from the utensil even with boiling water so that was worrisome in itself.
I’m so grateful to have my happy cat back! 🙏🏽🐈⬛💚

Parcel was never delivered putting us in a difficult position. Had to source raw food locally. Not easy. Used DPD delivery which was useless. I believe driver was part of a parcel scam. Was signed for in a completely different city by a stranger. The picture showed multiple parcels on the table!

Called the support to explain a problem with order and in the mid explaining the issue the lady just hang up. Tried to call again and they stopped answering.
Called before 1 pm. Is this how you treat all your customers?
Update: After 20 minutes email came that only 1 email per household can be registered. Okay, that would be resolved at the spot if the lady would not hang up and just explain that. But instead I was treated like a garbage...

We would like to clarify that we did not intentionally end the phone call. During the conversation, the line disconnected while we were still speaking, and when the call came through again there was no response from the other end despite us answering. A further call attempt was made shortly afterwards, but our team member was already dealing with another customer at that moment.
As soon as we were able to, we contacted you by email to explain that our policy allows one Purrform account per household and to help resolve the duplicate account issue. We appreciate that this could have been frustrating and we’re sorry that the situation gave the impression that we did not want to help.
We always aim to provide a helpful and respectful service to every customer, and we’re pleased that we were able to clarify the matter.
My 2 cats Lotty and Nickos
My 2 cats Lotty and Nickos, loves purform, they have only ever eaten this from kittens, they are both 1 year old now, and are thriving. You know what you are feeding your cats with Purform, unlike shop bought cat food all fish derivatives, not what it says on the box. I've been trying them on the steamed food and they were not sure at first but they seemed to be getting used to it now, purform is more expensive but as long as I can afford it, hopefully for the rest of there lives I will feed Lotty and Nickos, on Purform thank you I have two healthy active cats

For the 1st time in ages I've received my delivery on the nominated date. Think the chosen courier was the reason. So hope it goes back to being this way again. The best complete supplement out there. Would 100% recommend trying. Very secure packaging too.

Website not working and poorly thought out changes
Been a customer of the product since 2017 and have seen the website and payment mechanism change quite a lot.
Our last order was via the website using our iPad and a normal browser. The performance of the Purrform website was nothing short of shocking - it was incredible slow and quite a few time we were about to abandon the order because it was simply too painful waiting for a response. It wasn’t our internet broadband speed as we have full fibre which was running 160mb it was definitely the Purrform website. There have been more ‘issues’ since the company was bought by its present owners where changes to the website have clearly not been thought out or properly tested

My two Maine Coons were fed Purrform by Breeders. I have continued this and they are now 3 years. Their is favorite is Rabbit. Company is very reliable as somebody who picks hers up from Purrform I find the ladies in the office absolutely lovely.
I am also very please that certain Pet Shops now sell these products

Bengal kitten
I have a Bengal kitten and have now ordered my second lot of Purrform kitten food. He loves it and quickly clears the dish. I use small plastic tubs to create the correct portion and refreeze so it’s convenient to take out small batches for the fridge. His litter tray is not smelly and the raw food clearly suits him.

My ferret loves Purrform
My ferret loves Purrform. Lots of variety in flavours and treats and always good availability.
I had one order where an incorrect item was sent, and getting this replaced was really easy. Customer service is great and quick to reply and orders are sent in a great box which our ferret loves to play and sleep in.

We are Lord Monty and Sir Steve, 16-week-old kittens and full-time food critics.
When we first arrived at our new palace, our humans kept serving us supermarket kitten food. We gave it a thorough evaluation...
Sniff.
Judgemental stare.
Walk away.
Honestly, we couldn't understand why they kept offering it.
To her credit, our human mum took the hint and started making our meals from scratch. We absolutely approved – they were delicious! Unfortunately, she kept saying things like, "I don't know if they're getting everything they need," and looking worried. Apparently being a kitten nutritionist is harder than it looks.
Then... the PurrForm Kitten Trial Pack arrived.
Well.
Let's just say our staff have never known peace since.
The second we hear that little POP! as the lid comes off, we're there. Doesn't matter if we're asleep, climbing the curtains, ambushing each other, or pretending we don't care... we come charging into the kitchen at full speed.
We've gone from nibbling like delicate little princes to eating THREE TIMES as much. Our bowls are licked so clean the humans barely need to wash them. You're welcome.
And the rabbit recipe...
Whoever invented that deserves a lifetime supply of dreamies and unlimited chin scratches. We are OBSESSED. We would happily write sonnets about rabbit if we knew how to hold a pen.
These days we eat like royalty, have shiny coats, loads of energy (our humans might say too much energy at 4am...), and Mum can finally relax knowing we're getting everything growing kittens need.
So thank you, PurrForm, for rescuing us from the culinary disappointment of supermarket dinners and turning us into the tiny food enthusiasts we were always destined to be.
Now, if you'll excuse us, we think we just heard a lid pop...

On recommendation
Been feeding my Main Coon cat Purrform for over a year now. I purchased on recommendation from my daughter and son-in-law, who feed their boy on it as well. He can be fussy, but they both love rabbit with ox heart. Tried everything else on the menu, but had some waste from other flavours. The quality is great and it has everything they need for a balanced diet. He loves the complementary rabbit chunks raw treats; whilst she prefers the ox heart.
Ordering process is super easy and delivery is really fast.

I made my own raw food for my Bengals…
I made my own raw food for my Bengals because the breeder said it was best for them. I added taurine and other vitamins, but a trip to the vet revealed I wasn't adding enough taurine, so I was told to buy cat food. I tried other brands, but my cats threw up and turned their noses up. They absolutely love Purrform, and after four weeks, they have an extra spring in their step and are so happy. It's a great product with good variety and is easy to store in compact tubs, with super delivery service. No subscription. I wish I had fed them this from the start. Excellent 5 stars from our family.

The Best Cat Food
I’ve been feeding Purrform to my cats for many years now, starting with Bella, who’s very sadly no longer with us.
We’d tried a variety of different raw cat foods, but she really didn’t take to them. Then we found Purrform, and loved that they focused completely on cats.
Other raw food companies seemed to offer their raw cat food as an afterthought to their dog food, and didn’t always get that cats are quite different, so their nutritional needs are too.
When Polly came along nearly 8 years ago now, I offered it to her too. Her favourite is rabbit with bone and ox heart. She’s very very healthy, fit and happy!

Excellent quality of food
Excellent quality of food , have been using for a few years now . My two cats love the Farmed Rabbit with bone and Ox Heart and the Quail and farmed rabbit . I had never fed any of my previous cats raw food before. But would definitely recommend. Great delivery service and easy to order online .

Customer service good and food seems…
Customer service good and food seems good. Delivery by DPD as expected - careless. Courier left the food in the Sun instead of putting it, as requested, in the shed right next to my front door.
Newly introduced, one of my cats is eating the raw food and she is happy.
The other started eating a little, then appeared to lose his appetite for all food. We shall see what happens next. If he had also responded well, I would have awarded 5 stars. Hoping that it has not upset his digestion.
They were eating Bella&Duke but I decided to switch company because the D.P.D. couriers kept damaging the cartons.
I am ordering the small, soft sachets from Purrform that come double packed, so are less likely to be damaged by careless handling.
I do believe raw is best. My two active, outdoor cats have been very healthy on various brands of raw food since kittens and are now 10 years of age.
