Don’t buy: Poor quality product. Thin fabric, does not fit properly, not enough stretch. I purchased these with the expectation that I could rely on their return policy which I followed to the letter, there was no response to my return request. The company is based in Wyoming, there is no customer service or phone number, Only one email. Likely a front for Chinese. Put in dispute with my credit card company.

Omg! I can't believe I didn't read the reviews. Wish i did. I am having the same problem. I initiated a return on Jan 7th and each time they took a week+ to respond but never sent the return label. They kept saying they want to make it right and send a different size!! Extremely frustrated with this company. Still haven't heard back!

do not buy from this company. Legging sizing completely off. Nightmare to try and get refund from. Bought in November and still no refund. Avoid.

Do not get scammed by this company. If I could give a lower score I would. I naively ordered 3 pairs of leggings from the Instagram advert. After two weeks, finally they arrived. The fit was way off, way too small. I initially emailed asking for instructions to exchange as the website and packaging offers no information. After a week of not hearing a peep, I emailed again. Nothing. I tried calling, and got a weird cell phone vm greeting. After two weeks, multiple attempts to get instructions for a return I finally received an auto-reply that basically said nothing - no instructions for where to mail a return. I replied, and got the same auto-reply to my reply. It is a go-nowhere customer-no-service doom loop. They are either a scammer or in the process of going out of business. I have initiated a chargeback via American Express, and await instructions on where to send the product, which I suspect I will never receive from them.
HOURS OF MY LIFE WASTED on this scam outfit.

I would never recommend this company. I knew it was a little sketchy by the pricing situation right off the bat, but their return policy gave me confidence to buy. Once I received the leggings, it was obvious, they weren’t the quality I wanted to pay for. The leggings are SO thin and see-thru, and I’m tugging on them to stay up constantly. So I requested to start a return, and then another one. They took a week to get back to me. Finally they responded, trying to negotiate to exchange my original purchase, etc. I said no, I’ll send them back because I want a refund. Then they sent another email telling me to keep the leggings and I’d receive a 70% refund. I finally received that after trying to get this process in motion for over 3 weeks. I said fine, because I didn’t want to deal with this company anymore but I still haven’t gotten an email reply or my money back. I’m now in the process of disputing the transaction with my bank. What a project! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Contacted them for a return due to wrong size. They responded once to ask me a question, then I never heard from them again even after 3-4x emails and weeks of waiting. Ultimately I had to report it as fraudulent in order to get my money back. Would not recommend this company

Do not order from this company. Total scam. Ordered leggings and top to try and checked the return policy before ordering and said 30-day return window. Received and do not like. Fit is uncomfortable and absolutely no stretch. Would be horrible to try and work out in. Tried to return and they won't take back and now they have changed their return policy to have various conditions that weren't there before. Bait and switch. Horrible experience and DO NOT recommend buying from them.

Scam - material is not high quality, stretch is minimal, non responsive to return email, no return package info. Do not buy from this company unless you do not want to return and do not care about wear-ability.

This company is a scam. They have no customer service so you are stuck with product and out of money!

I received Pure Woven leggings as a Christmas gift. My boyfriend ordered me a Medium and they fit like an XS. I can’t pull them over my thighs and I’m not a large person. When I emailed the Pure Woven customer service team to find out next steps for a return or exchange, they GHOSTED ME. It is January 18th and I contacted them initially on January 2nd with NO RESPONSE in over a week. They reply intermittently but with no next steps. Their website claims a 30 day refund or exchange policy but I suspect this is fraud and this entire company is a scam. Their leggings are not high quality, even for $59.

Have repeatedly asked to return my leggings. They respond but never give me return information. I will never purchase anything from this company.

I have placed 3 orders, and all three times the materials have been different. The first one was a dream but I only ordered one set of leggings to make sure i liked them. The next order fit like a child's size small, not an adult small, but I thought it must have been an error. I placed a third and final order because while the material was better, it still fit like a child size small, and they have not responded to my return requests for three days, as they need to send a return label.

These took forever to ship, they shipped a way wrong size, and have not responded to my request for a refund. I also got a second notification that they shipped, when I've already had them for weeks.

I have emailed Purewoven 5 times with no response.

The items are not as described on the website. The material is so thin, it's see through. Very short. Sizing is way off. Extremely cheap fabric. Poorly made. Made in China. Has an odor. They won't reply to my request for a refund. Total scam. Don't buy!!

Made the mistake of ordering from this brand for more skin-friendly leggings. My order arrived and it fit poorly even though I based my size selection off the sizing on their site, and it smelled very strongly of a harsh chemical smell. I wrote to their customer service e-mail immediately to initiate a return and refund (as they claim to do on their website within 30 days), but I had to reach out twice before even receiving a response, and the response I did receive was asking me to take a picture of the packaging my order came in. Didn't hear back after that, reached out again, still nothing. So, I will be disputing this charge ($100+ for two pairs of chemical-smelling leggings) via my credit card company. I also noticed what others have on here that the address and state on their website is different from the credit charge location/state, and this order shipped directly from China using a kind of weird delivery system where I got an e-mail from a third party delivery service of the package at my front door. All around weird and sketchy, and I am seriously hoping I can get my money back by disputing the charge on my card.

Yea, don't fall for them. I have the leggings, they're the worst and the company will not respond for a refund, no matter what i do. I reported them on instagram as a scam.

Don't buy from this company, they do not hold up their refund policy and the leggings are not what they make them out to be - they are made in China, look cheap, are thin and badly sized. They also appear to be a dodgy company and not what they make themselves out to be - do have a think what here is no details about the company on their website. IMO a company that claims to care so much about the planet wouldn't so easily say to keep the leggings when you've said they don't fit - so wasteful. I do think it's a scam - sell as many cheaply produced garments with fear mongering advertising as possible and when people want to send back only offer them a 70% refund.

On the note of any positive reviews here, do click through and you'll find these reviewers don't review any other brands so I highly suspect it's the company leaving these reviews as there is no way these leggings/company would get genuine good reviews.

I ordered these from directly from the website. I waited a reasonable amount of time and did not receive them. I tracked the order and the tracking shows they were delivered to another state and a different address than mine. I have contacted the company no less than one dozen times to tell them and show them the tracking from China that it was delivered to the wrong address to please either re-ship them or give me a refund. I have heard absolutely nothing from these people while their product may be good. I have no idea. I never got mine. Their customer service is the worst of any company I’ve ever dealt with. I would not order from them for any reason.
