At this time they definitely are helpful and doing what they can to build brand etc. However items are taking rather long to arrive

The fit. Enough space to wriggle toes. Will be great in winter when walking my dog. Delivery was great.

The shoes are great. My only criticism would be Delivery time.

This was a repeat order because I like the product. I am pleased with the service and know to expect the parcel to take a while to arrive. I have been wearing the shoes since they arrived - they are comfortable.

The shoes themselves are fine and exactly as described—they have the strong water resistance I was looking for. However, despite measuring my feet exactly as described in the sizing brief before ordering, I found them to be still slightly too small when they arrived. It was a bit of a disappointment regarding the fit, but the product quality is definitely there. I'd just recommend ordering a size up!

Your service is quick. The shoes are comfy and easy to wear, which makes happy feet.

I ordered a pair that said they were suitable for 'outdoor and everyday life'. First time out - soaking wet feet. They turned out to be "amphibious or drainage shoes and are perfect for activities like river tracing, beach outings, hiking, fishing, and other outdoor sports where quick-drying, anti-slip footwear is essential", as described by them in an EMAIL to me after I complained. NOT a WORD of that on the actual website section for this pair of shoes. Terrible company - misleading info on their website. And the shoes I bought are flimsy and thin. I now have some VivoBarefoot shoes - about 1,000% better. Load of what look like fake reviews on their website praising them but nowhere for me to leave my own saying they were terrible!

Shoes have now arrived and are very comfortable.

I have had a few pairs of Purestep shoes and they are okay - not brilliant but okay. But wen a company has to fake a review website (check out the scam site the-wellness-magazine), they've got to be suspect. Becasue of that alone, I will not be buying another pair.

Very good always shop with purestep for all my barefoot footwear. Always delivered on time in perfect condition. And kept informed all the way.

Quickly supplied - and the product is so comfortable to wear. My toes feel able to use as much space as they like. I'm hopeful that perhaps it'll also reduce the amount of hard skin on my feet.
