Purestep 

I have placed two orders and none links are working I can't get on the web site

Further to my earlier review which itself wasn't flattering the new development is that I wished to return/exchange one pair that was untouched. All dealt with via Whatsapp they suggested what had to be done. In order to avoid the risk and cost of returning it to China I decided on an exchange and wanted to look at the website to select another pair. The website has now ceased to exist so I can corroborate the other comments to that effect, it is a scam and should be avoided at all cost.

Product arrived broken toggle.. in contacting the so called company by email was told id have to pay £5.99 extra to receive a new one.AVOID !!! no interest to rectify issue. Material looks like its been stuck with cheap glue ! DO NOT BUY

Yet another scam to get money from people receiving the wrong goods then can’t return them as suddenly they don’t exist.

My first pair of barefoot shoes and i love the way they feel and fit. I've since bought a pair for my husband and an second pair for myself.
I also need to say that my experience with their customer service was excellent. Prompt and polite email exchange and my query was dealt with brilliantly.

I was able to track shoes I’ve paid for until 4 days ago and they were at Braintree. Nothing since and the website is now ‘invalid’. I cannot contact them - emails have been bounced back. What do I do??

Prompt communication service though just need to scale down on Time consuming Email dialogs and be more overstanding of customers requirements.

Good shoes for my feet, I now have an outdoor pair as well as an indoor.

The shoes arrived in good time. I don't wear socks with them they hurt me slightly at the back. Have had good experience with contacting customer services.

My delivery was messed up by the postal service used, but Purestep were very responsive and sent out another pair of shoes for me straight away.
Great customer service and I have now received the replacement pair.

I am very happy with my shoes and the waterproof boots that I have ordered over the last month or so. They seem very good quality and are comfortable.
I am looking for some longer laces as i have a damage on my foot which I have to have less pressure on. Otherwise they would be long enough. Any ideas where I can get matching ones?
The only thing I did find annoying was being asked to use my voucher before I had received my first order. Was a good experience overall with prompt delivery and excellent product.

Bought numerous pairs of shoes. These winter shoes will be useful for my holiday in Poland in December where the snow will be all over.
Highly recommended.

The shoes are super comfortable. Perhaps the soles could be more protective. The shoes I bought give too much of a feeling of the sharp stones on my usual riverside walk.

What rubbish

This was my second purchase from Purestep;I was so delighted by my first order. The service was excellent, the product fitted perfectly and the shoes are so comfortable that I cannot imagine wearing any others. I have a chronic back and joint issue and this has improved whilst wearing Purestep shoes. I am elderly and I feel more confident walking as I can feel the ground. The shoes have gained compliments; indeed youngsters have asked where I purchased them!! I also purchased shoes for my sister and after a week she asked for another pair. I am a very satisfied customer and I am very happy to recommend Purestep .

The shoes were delivered quickly. They are extremely comfortable for walking.
