I truly love your products .. have been using some of the items for years.. BUT the shipping and handling is way over priced.. and since Covid -19 has the country paralyzed the consumer has to rely on the delivery service only..due to the stay @ home and social distancing ..order.. with the company should charge cheaper delivery fees. Because if we don’t order your product your business would collapse during there trying times..I won’t be ordering again until my sales consultant have my order delivered to her home.. thanks and stay safe..Bridget Robinson ..I rate my consultant the best.. I love your products. But I was very disappointed that several items I want are out of stock then, didn’t get the offer to put in my code for the free products being offered this weekend. Two products $50 value for orders over $100 and my order was just over $200

I love pure romance products but unfortunately after only a couple days of buying my gadgets they all 3 have quit working and seem to act as if they charge fine but dont run when powered on it's very disappointing as now my consultant will not return phone calls nor can I locate her. I just wanted you to be fully aware of this issue thanks for making all the other wonderful products I've enjoyed many of the pheromone infused products...

I was a very happy customer at first but then placed 2 big orders and they cancelled both of them without emailing me telling me and didn't return my money. The only way I found out was my consultant told me when I asked why my order hadn't shipped. It took me getting PayPal involved AND emailing the company constantly to finally get my orders. They STILL HAVEN'T GIVEN ME A EXPLANATION as to why that cancelled them in the first place and WHY THAT DIDN'T CONTACT ME TO LET ME KNOW. I have recently ordered again and will update my review if this comes through. I have a wonderful consultant is why I ordered again. I love my consultant Adriane McMaster

I just placed an order with more than $60 to receive the Mother’s Day discount however there was no where to apply at check out. I couldn’t check out with my rep even after creating an account. It only let me select corporate.

It’s pretty rediculous that they charge consultants nearly $30 for them to ship their products in a brown box. Why rip off your consultants?

Received my Take the Plunge lingerie today! Absolutely LOVE IT! Fits amazing so sexy! Krystal is my consultant and is absolutely amazing. Was there to help me with questions and recommendations. Awesome experience with them!
