My training with Zoe and Jess was exceptional, very in depth explaining everything clearly and in detail. Started as a beginner but they made me feel very confident to provide this service in my own salon. They continue to offer me ongoing support even when I feel I don’t need it. My stay at grains bar hotel was lovely, staff were so helpful and polite and to top it of the views were gorgeous from my room window.

This business has a pattern of closing down and reopening under different names, seemingly to avoid accountability. It appears they’ve used this tactic to dissolve financial responsibility and sidestep legal claims from past clients.

I’ve personally connected with over 50 other women who’ve had similarly terrible experiences. Some of us never even received the machines we paid for. Those who did often got faulty or unsafe equipment — one even exploded. Many of the machines lacked CE certification and appeared to be imported from China without proper checks.

Training was minimal at best — just a couple of hours each day, using kids’ doodle pads for practice while chaos unfolded in the background. One of their children was often present, causing distractions and making it impossible to focus.

The salon environment was unhygienic and lacked basic safety standards. Gel was being scraped and reapplied without any sanitisation, no proper cleaning products like Barbicide were used, and there were zero hygiene protocols in place.

The experience forced many of us to seek retraining elsewhere to meet professional standards.

There’s far more to this story, including police involvement, fraud reports, legal actions, and an ongoing WhatsApp group that’s collected nearly two years’ worth of evidence.

This company has closed and reopened several times under new names.
Dissolved then reopened so they can bankrupt themselves so the courts can’t help us get our money back.
I, along side 50+ other girls (ones I have tracked down) have had an awful experience.
Fraudulent machines with no CE from China, that’s if you were lucky enough to receive your machine! Many are faulty or broke straight away, I know one that blew up.
This along side a couple of hours ‘training’ each day and practicing on doodle books from B and M while one of their sons is in there throwing tantrums, sums up the experience.
Poor training, had to start all over again.
No health and safety, dirty salon, no hygiene practises. Scrapping off the gel and reapplying it. No barbicde or wiping down. Illegal machines (you were lucky if you recieved yours) and broken machines.

There’s so much more I could write, there’s police reports, action fraud reports, Crime watch reports, rogue trader reports, court cases and a nearly two year old WhatsApp chat with more evidence than you can believe!

Excellent trained staff atmosphere was great felt at ease would definitely highly recommend these girls brilliant will be telling all my friends

Exceptional customer service . Always been a little worried of having treatment on my face but this lady explained everything in detail to me made me feel so comfortable, now I will not go anywhere else I always look forward to going now .

Absolutely amazing training all I can say is they went above and beyond answering all questions I had and made sure I understood everything in detail friendly and welcoming I travelled from south wales stayed at a lovely hotel grains bar hotel which was incredible too definitely worth the travel can’t thank you enough also the laser machine provided is amazing too thank you so much Zoe 😌

Course was amazing very informative the trainers was so helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Helped me with all the things I needed to buy and even received a free mini kit.
