Good first impression, less than smooth first purchase
Good first impression: this business isn't listed on Google Maps, I wanted to find out if they are open for collection on Saturdays. I emailed them and they responded quickly including a Google Streetview screenshot highlighting exactly where there premises are.
The business is a warehouse on an industrial estate. I went to collect the day after placing an order. The pedestrian entrance was closed, the vehicle entrance was ajar. I called the landline number on the outside of the building, was assured they were open so I walked in via the vehicle entrance (a really fat person would not have been able to get in this way). I was told the situation was for security reasons. This is probably fair enough if they don't have much vehicle traffic on a weekend.
I had to wait quite a while for my order to be brought out, I had to open a sealed box to check it. There was one item missing. I had to wait a while longer for the operative to fetch it. He was polite and helpful.
This wasn't the smoothest ever first purchase but I'm happy with the products. I will be buying from this business again.
