Hi Mr David, I am sorry you ordered the wrong carbon refills. After discussion with our sales team, they supplied the correct carbon refills with scale reduction, which where dispatched on the 23rd July 2022, which you should have received on Monday 25th July. I am some what perplexed, by your trust pilot score and comments. This star rating is for the delivery. We have not yet tried the product, but having ben a client for good number of years,I am sure they will be fine.
Not Pureflows fault, but the delivery was made when there was nonone at home. It was a bit of a shock to find the local P.O. opens from 9.00 to 10.00!
