Came in perfect time, that’s always the best

It was easy to order the supplies I needed. They arrived quickly and cost was reasonable. I will definitely order from Pure Filters again.

Lied about an in stock product. Then when I called was told 4-6 weeks

2 lots de cartouches achetées sur ce site internet le 6 janvier 2026 dernier pour tester la marque Coldstream dans ma cuve British Berkefeld. Je voulais tester sur un an car j'en avais entendu beaucoup de bien.
Installées le 18 janvier 2026 dans la cuve. Comme chaque mois, vers le 20 du mois, je démonte tout et rince entièrement le système de filtration. Sauf que lors du démontage de ce mois-ci en mars, soit après deux mois d'utilisation seulement, l'une des deux cartouches se rompe de sa base en plastique et libère tout le charbon !
J'essaie alors de contacter le SAV via le site internet, mais celui-ci est indisponible et en mise à jour.
Du coup, j'ai de gros doutes sur le sérieux et je regrette d'avoir acheté ces cartouches qui sont chères pour leur qualité.
Je suis très déçue et j'espère que j'arriverai à avoir un dédommagement de la société.

I purchased a furnace humidifier and am very pleased about the price and the delivery. Haven't installed it yet but everything so far has been great. I would look to Pure Filters again when I need anything, they seem to have a large list if merchandise.

Ordered 5 of 16x25x5 which qualified for free shipping. Was sent 16x25x4. They would take back if I paid return shipping. Quote for return shipping label from them was more than the cost of the filters! Won’t be a repeat customer!

I have hard to find filters. PureFilters have them, and at a good price. Delivery was quick.

To be honest, some of the reviews were somewhat, downright negative, some even alluding to the site being untrustworthy. I am glad I decided to give it a try, and I must say the transaction was seamless. The specific humidifier I wanted to buy was more cost-effective on their website than every other website. The item was ordered on Monday, and by Wednesday, it was promptly delivered to my home around the Brantford area. I highly recommend the seller!
