Very happy with this company, the new water softener, and the installation process. All staff members dealt with were helpful and knowledgeable.

From initial enquiry through to installation completion the service provided was top class. Would highly recommend.

We have used Pure Choice since February 2015 when they installed our Hague 400 Maximizer water softener.
They have given us great service and helped out when we had to reinstall the softener after a kitchen upgrade.
Ten years and three months later, we needed a new softener and again Pure Choice came up trumps with the Hague 410 Maximizer (an improved model).

Quick and efficient from first contact to completion and having soft water is an absolute game changer.

Service was excellent, the fitter was very pleasant and everything was left clean and tidy and the old softener was taken away. The office staff are efficient and communicate well. I’ve dealt with Pure Choice for several years and have always had excellent treatment. Thank you.

Very pleased with water softener and drinking water installed. Installation very neat.

Michael from Pure Choice sales team was so informative and knowledgable. Then on the day, the workman (didnt get his name sorry!) was incredibly efficient, professional and thorough. We are so pleased with the results and our son’s eczema has since stopped flaring up. Thoroughly recommend

I have a water filter from Pure Choice and am impressed with their efficient friendly service, so chose them to replace my water softener. This was done without hard-sell, efficiently and at a date and time to suit me, with minimum disruption. Lovely staff, every one of them.
