I went to buy the range finder with 10% off with code. I used PayPal and the money came off, before checking out, a polo offer for $29 came up and because I had the discount on the range finder, I thought why not. I added it on and went to checkout and it charged me full price for the range finder and no polo. Upon enquiring. I was told that you could see it was on the account on checkout, but not applied and that you wouldn’t refund the extra 10%

Great polos for value and really comfortable. Fit is as described. Shipped to regional Vic in just a few days as well. Overall really happy

The range finder itself is an absolutely fantastic machine instant pin locking , the scope version is super clear. It fits into my hand perfectly. This machine is equivalent to the one I lost ,

Dishonest and shambolic. Ordered a range finder got confirmation. No tracking, wrote to ask where it was. Told it had shipped and tracking issue. No sign so wrote again. Six days later i get a reply - again claiming it was sent. Thought i’d ask again and then got a vague reply saying out of stock, would i like a different colour ? Replied immediately saying no thanks and refund please. Got a reply this morning saying no refund possible as it’s “been fulfilled and in shipping process”. Post comments on their insta page (immediately deleted by them) and insist on refund. Finally get told i’m getting a refund. Will believe it when i see it. If their equipment is anything like the last 3 weeks i suspect it will pick up a passing plane when you point it at the flag. Simply woeful

The range finder has everything you really need. Very happy with it an would highly recommend i got mine from a recommendation from a mate that has one.
The case is great quality i have mine strapped to my steering column for when ive finished my round.

Awful customer service and product never received. We ordered an item for my husband weeks ago as we run an international marketing agency and are keen to support new start up companies - especially golf related items! Item was never delivered and despite us trying to nicely resolve this with the company and showing n them security camera proof they are refusing to co-operate or send a replacement - shocking service. Don’t order from these guys - use a more established company with better customer service

I recently gave 1 star, and wrote a negative review about how the rangefinder doesnt compare to the bigger brands - and how disappointed i was.

Found out, it was merely the wrong setting used (my bad). now that i have it on the pin seeking mode, it finds the pin with ease. The distance still varies by a couple of metres each time you do it (at the same object), but i got through a full game yesterday with no complaints - which means the pink range finder can now be a permanant accessory to my golf game!.

This is my first range finder,I find it very easy to use and very accurate.
The slope function is very good it definitely helps on uphill shots.
The price is fantastic and it was delivered within 3 days.
So in my opinion punters is a great Aussie company

There was a mess up with your delivery via aust post and a second unit had to be sent. The 3 day express delivery took nearly 30 days.

Still waiting for my replacement. Company finally replied to me 3-4 weeks later after multiple messages to say the colour that I had sold out. Told them I’d be happy with a green one. But can’t get any confirmation for over a week that it’s been sent.

Good product, good price, good delivery. Easy to use.
