So far I’m down over all on the platform, but I’ve had a great time of what I have spent on there. Fun games live tables are smooth. Overall a recommended experience for someone who likes to gamble and can’t get out of the house. Only reason for the 4 starts is I feel like most other platforms that offer gambling experience have better packages to buy from as in top up bonuses for ur purchase. To be short and very bitter, I loved gaming here from day 0. Made it to the second highest VIP level. Spent tons of money and made tons more. Did tons of referrals. Then suddenly, my account is suspended and they are under no obligation to tell me why and so nearing a year I’ve been attempting to regain the ability to play. I figured at the very least get an explanation and redeem my earned/won SC. 90.70SC. They aren’t giving me a reason. They say it can’t be done manually and go silent when it comes to redeeming my winnings. I cannot understand. Pretty upsetting to put it very, very mildly. That’s terrible customer service for a Platinum VIP member. It’ll be a year in August 2026 since the random suspension of my account

Usually it's great experience but all of sudden again I can't purchase or redeem anything and I have no messages explaining anything then you request statements for DEBIT CARDS THAT THE BANKS DONT DO UNLESS ITSXA CC OR CHECKLESS ACCOUNT. WELL MY BANKS DONT DO DEBIT CARD STATEMENTS.

So I’ve been having trouble with the site’s location. It was better when the format was identical to its sister site Chanced. Everything is in order as far as my hardware. So what’s the deal? Never had trouble playing in the live dealer section until the site changed its look. No live dealer play because it says my location is not on. Which is B.S.! Also Chanced and Punt need to change Paysafe out as transaction handlers. It lets you make one or 2 purchases and after that it locks you out. So essentially you can’t get your bet back until the next day. That’s not very fun….. Btw sites like Stake and Mcluck let you make unlimited purchases consecutively and consistently. Ease up on the fraud bot protocol. Use people not bots. Or just change Paysafe out. Without these quirks Punt and Chanced would dominate the scene. Thought you should know
