I'd been looking for a good, clean, newly remastered copy of Jackson Browne's Running On Empty album and Punktofunkheaven didn't disappoint. Fast and speedy delivery of a great album. Both the LP and the sleeve and inserts all in great condition. I'll be buying from these guys again. Five stars from me.

terrible customer service. they keep listing vinyls on their website that aren’t in stock and i only got refunded the first time a month after chasing them up on their failure to send a vinyl for an entire month and wouldn’t have gotten a refund if i didn’t say anything. father’s day present was heavily postponed.

replying to the reply given: this is just blatantly lying now. Stop listing vinyls you don’t have and going silent for an entire month it’s unacceptable. The first time I ordered you claim you reached out to me although I received no such thing as you were none the wiser until I contacted customer service and then the second time I tried to order it the order was cancelled and I was issued a refund within an hour. Are you trying to tell me your refund policy changed entirely?
