Very Supportive, and if you have any questions they will try to assist you the best they can. My experience so far has been nothing but Amazing, and I would totally recommend it.

They are all great people, very good support. They are nice and friendly, helps you with everything. Also gives out more Diskspace if needed without Charging money. My experience is 100/10.

PSG Hosting is an amazing hosting provider for any gaming need you may have. I have nothing but good things to say. They are always on top of anything you need, great support, and also offer a wide range of games and services. 10/10 would recommend

New to the world of dedicated servers and modding, I needed to create a server squad to play with friends in COOP and some specific mods.

Total neophyte, after having tried several services and providers with whom the configuration was too complex or where mods were not supported, I was recommended PSG, and I must say I am VERY VERY happy to have stumbled on them.

The price is quite affordable, the interface is easy to use, and most of all ... the support is just incredible! Very attentive, always available, very friendly, caring, always eager to provide you with the best possible service.

There was a slight hitch with the creation of my server, which caused a minimal delay in delivery, not even 1 hour. They instantly came to apologize, to tell me that they were sorry that this happened in my first experience with them, that they were ready to refund me if I wanted to etc... These guys are just great! They are passionate about making sure that everything goes well for you, and they want to provide you with the best possible service.

They helped me to set up the server, the mods, to set up everything correctly. As a result today everything works and I can play with my friends.

Don't hesitate, go to PSG, these guys know what they are doing and they are good at it!

When looking for a server provider most have all the same gear. What really stands apart from the rest is the downtime and the customer service. PSG has gone out of there way to make us feel like our server is in good hands and is always available to answer any and all questions promptly and honestly.

I purchased a server from PSG after hearing nothing but good stories and I can tell you that I have had nothing but a great experience with them so far!

Easy to use interfaces, superb if not the best customer support I've ever had for a server, and a stable connection for my community to play on!

Thank you very much PSG team for fulfilling the needs of my community.

i was looking for a small squad server to host for me and my friends (10-20 players). pricing was excellent ($16USD) for what i was looking for along with host location. ran into some trouble as it was my first time ever messing with stuff like server config files and what not. i opened a ticket on the discord and fox was very helpful. very knowledgeable and professional. fox was able to help me bypass all my issues in less than 10 minutes. overall very satisfied with my purchase.

It been great, the servers are Great and cheaper then there competitors. The only problem I'd say are with some of the Minecraft mod pack aren't the best with servers

Support team is excellent and works to resolve issues. Due to the smaller nature of the support team, everybody may not be available immediately but I've usually been able to have my issues resolved very quickly.

We chose PSG-Hosting originally as an interim solution as they provided reasonably priced servers to jumpstart a Squad small community.

Quite frankly, we were pleasantly surprised by the performance their servers provided and the level of support provided by the PSG staff.

The PSG staff has always been quick to respond to assist and/or resolve server-related issues; and have gone above and beyond to find solutions in issues we have deemed to be unresolvable.

What was previously an interim option; our experience with PSG Hosting has been an eye-opener for what server providers should be.

Their 'give a damn' attitude for all the questions and problems we had has opted us to stay on their service for the long term.

Additional notes:
- Easy-to-use server control panel interface
- Good DDoS protection

Great guys with Great attitudes.

Rented a squad server and he worked with me to also run the public test servers

Honestly the best and most personal service for server hosting that I have ever gotten. The staff are very prompt and always fix the small problems that (hardly) occur. The servers themselves have a 100% uptime for myself and they are always willing to help me create new instances when I need them.

I honestly couldn’t reccommend the services more.

Server performance has been amazing and they have been responsive to everything we have asked of them. Even when it is at odd hours. Would definitely recommend them!

Very easy to deal with, great support, excellent server performance!

Excellent service. Responsive to issues. No complaints.

10/10. Upgrading our servers for no additional cost, vastly improving our service. Dealing with attacks as fast as possible.
