Dislike and can’t cope with the design…
Dislike and can’t cope with the design of stainless steel pans. I have tried to persevere but will have to replace. The curved handle makes it extremely awkward to lift and turn the pan when emptying contents. Very disappointed. Proware apologise that they aren’t comfortable for me. Not much consolation really.

As we have explained on email, the curved design of the handle is to supress heat and also to allow the saucepans to stack inside each other for space saving storage - both features prove to be very popular with our customers. We do, of course, offer a no-quibble returns policy for items which are unused and in their original packaging for anyone receiving the pans and feeling like they are not right for them. Excellent saucepans
I’ve had my original Copper Base saucepans from another brand for 25 years and they needed replacing. I did some research and found these beauties on ProWare. I am delighted with them, they are sturdy and I used them yesterday for the first time,I am so pleased with them that today I’ve ordered the Sauté pan to match.

Customer service and delivery were great and the build quality looks really solid and nice to look at.
Who can argue with lifetime guarantee, though judging by the build quality, I suspect I will never have to use it. I will be sure to give Proware Kitchen an honourable mention when ever the topic arises and will definitely be returning for more.

Excellent quality and coustomer service
Excellent communications from company, when irdering, auto fill managed to fillin wrong address, contacted Rachel who got DPD to deliver next day. This was followed up with email to ensure item delivered OK. Excellent products, would definitely use again and recommend 100% without any hesitation. The prices do match the quality, if you want cheap go to a pound shop, if you want quality then you are at the right place.
