Very speedy delivery of order. I purchased a set of induction pans, they are of a very good quality and from the first few uses are very easy to keep clean. Time will tell.

The pans are excellent. They look good so good they are staying out on a shelf not hiding in a cupboard. They feel good in the hand and more importantly work well on the induction hob. They are easy to clean. Delivery was fast and they were well packaged.

I visited the ProWare Kitchen stall at Burghley Horse Trials this year as i was interested in stainless steel pans to replace my non stick (eat less plastic and chemicals). After a chat with the friendly helpful staff I picked up the Stainless Steel Tri-ply 24cm Sauté Pan to use on my induction hob and i'm very glad I did. Excellent pan easily outperforming my current equivalent non stick pan. Great heat dispersion, easy to control and so far brilliant results. Cleans up a treat too. If you're thinking of moving away from non stick give these a try.
2 month update - I'm totally sold on this pan. I have found it to perform to a consistantly high standard, it is faultless. Still looks as good as day one and not had to use a scourer at all. It is a revelation.

Ordered my new pans late Sunday evening, arrived Tuesday morning. Love the stock pot, non-stick frying pan & steamer which I ordered to add to pans previously bought from pro-ware. Great quality cookware from a company who deliver a very efficient service. Thank you.

Would have given the full 5 stars but there doesn’t seem to be an option to buy a matching lid for the 'milk' pan, which is a shame

These pans are amazing. They cook perfectly on low temperatures no need to have high heats, evenly, & wash up beautifully. Best pans I’ve ever bought. 3 years on still going strong and just bought the milk pan to add to my copper based set. Ordering & delivery very organised with regular updates and delivered within 48 hours.

Quality, quality quality. Never has to be replaced… just had to add the size I have not got! Worth every penny.

Had to replace some very old stainless steel/copper pans as the handles were coming off, chose these as the riveted handles should wear better. The pans arrived very quickly and are very obviously much better quality than my old ones, they are really quite heavy even when empty but the additional end handle should help with this. Very pleased with my purchase

Lovely quality product which arrived very promptly.

I had used a standard brand for many years and wanted to upgrade. Did a fair bit of research to make sure of the quality and value for money. I needed more information and emailed ProWare direct. They came back with all the information I needed. The pans were delivered next day and look fantastic.

After our first use, I wanted reassurance that the stainless steel could be kept in the perfect style and high polished finish it came with when new. Again I emailed direct and was recommended a cleaner especially for stainless steel. This worked extremely well.

Overall the quality of the pans and the customer support was excellent. I would highly recommend these pans and they company who supply them.
