The saucepans are excellent and the service and delivery also.

Pots arrived very quickly and well packaged. They are exactly as described and appear to be of high quality. Only time will tell but I have similar copper based pots which I got as a wedding present over 50 years ago and am still using. In that time I have gone through many non stick pots.

Extremely happy with my recent purchase of the stainless steel tri-ply set of 3 saucepans, chefs pan with lid, roasting pan and 28cm frying pan for our new induction hob. Not only does the set look great, the quality is brilliant and they all come up like new after being in the dishwasher. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and quick delivery which was well packaged. Great local business which I would highly recommend.

Delivered with dents at edge of base, and bent handle on one side.
Reached out, got told it’s normal in manufacture for the handles to be bent!
No thanks.

Decided to ditch my toxic, non-stick pans and after doing s lot of research I picked Proware - many people recommended the brand and they have a tri-ply collection. Bought a couple of tri-ply pans/frying pans. Used them 3 times so far but they seem really good. Only downside is they are quite heavy, but I guess that’s normal? These are my first stainless steel pans so I can’t really compare them, but I’m very happy with them and I would buy from them again.

Very helpful on the phone. Pans arrived in a lovely box. Fast delivery. Very good quality 3 ply Stainless pans. Did upgrade to non stick on the frying pan though. I would recommend this company. If I need anything else I will not look else where.

I bought the roasting pan mainly because of good reviews and the company being Sheffield based. I was subsequently disappointed to find it was made in China - not mentioned on Amazon. The company, when asked, assured me they had worked with a relatively small Chinese company for years because of the quality of their products. I prefer to buy UK where possible, but as I'd already purchased I kept the roasting pan. It's heavy, robust, and very shiny. Roast potatoes are done to absolute perfection, and don't stick to the pan surface like most other pans I've had. Yes, it's expensive, in my opinion, but that probably reflects the quality of the pan. Very happy with it so far. Would recommend.

Update some months on: Very happy with the quality of this pan. Potatoes roast beautifully and brown on the bottom as well as top and don't stick to the pan. Meat roasts beautifully. Planning to buy one for my daughter.

Bought two great pans, wasn’t happy with the size of one (my fault for getting the points of measurement wrong) and ProWare were quick to respond to my query and replacing with a different pan. Would use again

24" Chefs Pan - Always room for improvement - Great product, a bit pricy but will hopefully perform/last like other ProWare pans we have.

How about a smaller - (20/21") version next?

Great pans. We've had the 3 pan set for more than 3 years and they have been fantastic, using them on an induction hob. They look great and stack well. They were so good we've just bought a second set for my daughter
