Using all of PP's services
Had an intense period of many prototypes on many different projects covering a wide range of disciplines from Sprayed "boardrom" models, CNC machined components, SLA (including dyed parts), SLA and vacuum castings.

Very rapid turnaround on a last-minute…
Very rapid turnaround on a last-minute laser cutting request. Adam was very helpful in fitting me in. Unfortunately the delivered parts were (comically) two times the desired size due to a misunderstanding, but Adam impressively arranged replacements of the correct size which were delivered only 3 hours after I called to notify him of the problem.
EDIT: I had also mentioned a problem with material quality, but I had not noticed that there was a protective film on both sides (as pointed out in the reply to this). The material was undamaged under the second film. My mistake!

Thank you for pointing out the material issue. As the Acrylic comes with a protective cover on both sides, we wouldn't see if the material is damaged. We will now speak with our suppliers to ensure that future supplies are not defective, happy to replace for you?
